Spain Trip with High School Students Summer 2026…
Irro Charter was a reliable service during our travels through Spain while we were traveling with our high school students to several destinations in Spain. The bus driver arrived early each time and was very kind to us and our students. Using Irro Charter was a better choice than using public transportation.

We had a very positive experience with IRRO Charter. The drivers were punctual, precise, communicative, and extremely accommodating to the needs of our large group.
Communication before the charter was excellent, and all details and driver contact information were provided accurately 24 hours before departure, which made the coordination very smooth and stress-free.

19 Exkursionen Deutscher Forstverein
Der Deutsche Forstverein bedankt sich für den absolut tollen Service! Es wurden insgesamt 19 Busse an einem Tag und zur gleichen Abfahrtszeit für Exkursionen gebucht. Die Busse sind zu unterschiedlichen Destinationen gefahren. Es hat alles super geklappt. Von der Ausstattung der Busse bis hin zum Service im Büro sind wir rundum zufrieden.

Wir sind Begeistert
Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den hervorragenden Service bedanken.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und ist während der gesamten Fahrt sehr sicher, umsichtig und angenehm gefahren. Auch bei der Rückfahrt war er bereits vor Ort, hat auf uns gewartet und uns sicher wieder zum Hotel zurückgebracht.
Der Bus war sauber, gepflegt und roch angenehm. Für meine Moderation stand außerdem ein Mikrofon zur Verfügung, sodass auch dies perfekt organisiert war.
Kurz gesagt: Es hat wirklich alles hervorragend funktioniert. Selbstverständlich haben wir dem Fahrer als Anerkennung für seinen ausgezeichneten Service auch ein Trinkgeld gegeben.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, auch im nächsten Jahr für unsere Firmenfahrt wieder auf Ihre Dienste zurückgreifen zu dürfen.

Great Experience
We had a great experience with Irro Charter during our business trip to Berlin for GITEX Europe 2026.
Our schedule changed several times before and during the event, but the Irro Charter team was always flexible and responded quickly to our requests. Their communication was excellent, making it easy to coordinate transportation for our delegation.
We were also especially impressed by their support when one of our team members accidentally left personal belongings on the bus. The team helped us locate and recover the lost items quickly, which we truly appreciated.
The drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly throughout the trip. Thanks to the excellent service from Sofia and the entire Irro Charter team, all of our transportation ran smoothly.
We highly recommend Irro Charter to anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation services in Germany. Thank you again!

Horrible driver
I was incredibly disappointed with the demeanor of the driver and the overall process. We were accommodating with pick up needs and do not think we had a very complicated itinerary but our driver was rude and acted like he did not want to be there from the beginning. Did not engage with us in the slightest, couldn’t even be bothered with a “hello” “bonjournio” only thing we heard out of him was “no food” and “no sand” for the first hour of the trip. Due to the extreme heat we had a passenger having a medical issue and the driver could not have cared less about what was going on. I attempted to have him move closer to pick the person up where other busses were operating and he just kept saying “not possible” which seemed much more like “I don’t want to”. Upon dropping us off at our beach club he tried to drop us off 3 stops before and I had to physically walk down and show him that there was plenty of space to drop us off. Mind you there was plenty of room to pull in and turn around at the beach club which he also refused to do. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the service and do not think it was worth the money in the slightest that Irro charter charges. I will be reaching out looking for a partial refund from this day due to the truly unprofessional service.

Regarding the driver's communication, we understand that you felt his manner came across as unfriendly, and we sincerely regret that this was your impression. The driver is one of the most experienced professionals in our partner's team and has always been recognised for his professionalism. The reminders about not consuming food or drinks other than water, and about avoiding sand inside the vehicle, were not intended to be unfriendly but were given in accordance with our company policies, which are communicated before the trip and are in place to keep the vehicle clean and comfortable for all passengers.
Concerning the drop-off location, the driver parked the vehicle at the closest point that was considered safe and suitable for a coach of that size. While passenger cars may have easier access to certain locations, larger vehicles must operate within specific safety and manoeuvring limitations.
That said, we are sorry that you felt unsupported during the journey, particularly when one of your passengers experienced a medical issue. Regardless of the circumstances, we always want our guests to feel well looked after, and we regret that this was not your experience.
We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us review our service and communication with both our own team and our operating partners.

I worked with Irra Charter as a tour director for a period of one week. My group size was 39. From when I was picked up at the airport to being dropped off at the airport, I experienced nothing less than excellence.
The drivers, the operations, timekeeping, standard of coaches and their flexibility, exceeded my expectations.
This is an outstanding company that is focussed on their customer service and communication is second to none.
I will use the company again and I highly recommend them.

Die Kommunikation und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit war ausgezeichnet. Die Fahrer waren Pünktlich. Leider war die Auswahl der Fahrzeuge nicht immer an die Anzahl der Fahrgäste gebunden so hatten wir an einem Tag einen zu großen Bus für > 50 Personen obwohl wir nur zu 8 waren. Ansonsten war die Dispositionsplanung nicht immer optimal obwohl wir 1/2 Tag gebucht haben wurde ein Fahrerwechsel durchgeführt während wir in einer Sitzung waren.

Great service
I hired Irro for a transfer of 6 to the Guggenheim museum and San Sebastián after landing in Bilbao. Later in the week for a transfer from San Sebastián to Bordeaux. The drivers were on time, very professional and friendly.
The vehicles for our group were exceptional and very comfortable while also able to handle all our luggage.
My experience with Irro was great and I highly recommend.
