Zero. Complete scammers who should be in prison. The review below is exactly my experience, stop these horrible people

This company is a SCAM!!! They prey on women in business. They approach with a sales pitch for the 'International Society of Female Professionals' and have a wonderful sales pitch about joining this strong networking group of women from all over, and list all the fantastic benefits of joining. I signed up for a 'lifetime membership in May of 2021 and paid the 'one-time fee' of $99 USD. Then after they initially set up my profile I never heard from them again, until they charged my credit card for $40 USD in Jan 2022. I sent this email 'I signed up for this last spring, and paid the 'lifetime membership fee'. My credit card was just charged another amount 2 days ago. I would like to know what this charge is for, and I would also like it reversed as I did not approve these charges." they replied with this email 'Thank you for contacting us. We have canceled and refunded the $39.99 USD monthly membership & profile maintenance fee for 1/24/2022. We have also opted you out of the service moving forward. Furthermore, your billing details have been expunged from the system to ensure there are no further charges. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.' I replied with 'Hi Ashley, I reviewed the agreement and the membership I paid for last spring was a lifetime membership so I would not like to cancel my membership. But I'm wondering what the charge was for if I purchased a lifetime membership?

Thank-you ' and they replied 'Your membership is still active. The profile maintenance fee is a premium service which you subscribed to when you enrolled that provides increased positioning on search results and unlimited profile management from our team. The $39.99 refund has already been processed to your account. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

I didn't hear anything for a while and didn't notice any more charges until December of 2022 when a very large payment of $499 USD was charged to my card. I wrote them this

'Hi Haley, Please cancel my membership. I continue to be charged large fees that I did not agree to and there has been absolutely no benefit to me from being a member of this 'Society'. I have had no correspondence from you, and I honestly wonder what I'm paying to be a part of. I have disputed the latest transaction for over $700 (CAD) and I used our previous correspondence to prove that I wasn't aware of any of these extra charges and what they are for. I also think it's very shady that the name you provided for the transaction on my statement doesn't match your actual society name, no one answered or returned my calls from the phone number that was listed, and TD actually had to track you down. When I first saw the charge I didn't even know it was this Society. I would like to hear what you have to say about this before I make public announcements of your shady dealings. Regards,'

They had the audacity to reply with this:
'Thank you for reaching out. In regards to your account, please note that the $499.95 USD payment for the 2022 Featured Member Listing made through your telephone conversation with your account director Mr. Foster on 10/11/2022 is the final payment for membership and there will be no future payments for life. We have went ahead and expunged your billing details from our system and you will not be responsible for any dues or fees moving forward. You now have available to you all avenues of the membership and I would encourage you to please send us any updates to your biographical profile that you feel are relevant. Please feel free to send any visuals such as a photo, business card or company logo. If you require any assistance or have any further questions, please let me know.

We look forward to serving your membership needs and wish you continued success!'

I replied with this: 'I had no such phone call with a Mr Foster and I did not agree to any further payments to your society. I would not have agreed to this, as I have been declining all paid advertising. My company is taking a backseat to my role at our local University. I am appalled at how this 'Society' pretends to promote women, but only exploits them and milks them financially with hidden fees. Shame on you.'

Now they've charged my credit card AGAIN on Jan 4, 2024 for $67.15. I have emailed them once again and will be disputing the charges. Horrible, horrible people.'
