Ordered a hammered coffee table on 5th Jul 24 through their online store for $297. Did not receive any delivery status or responses to multiple emails and calls to Ishka. Haven't received the order or any update from Isha till date

Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal that has an amazing buyer's protection. I got a refund from PayPal on 14th Aug.

Ishka should just close down their online presence as well! Absolutely ridiculous. Do not purchase!

Never received items. Company doesn't respond to emails

2 online orders in April. Ishka Closing Down, Clearing warehouse. Rubbish, they have been selling things they don't even have. After multiple emails to try to get delivery dates. Then refunds, no response. Massive rip off.

Goods not supplied, refund not issued, rude or no customer service. $200 wasted, original purchase Nov 23, still no outcome

HOW CAN ISHKA STILL ADVERTISE THE PRODUCTS (I ORDERED 4 MONTHS AGO) BUT NOT SUPPLY ANY OF IT?????
Ishka has had over $400 of my money in it's account for over 4 months with not one listed purchase sent listed from it's overseas suppliers AND STILL ADVERTISING.
I have had emails saying it is a priority send, *it's on it's way, and lastly a **refund email. All to no avail.

Do not purchase from this company. They canceled my order one month after taking payment. They have told me on multiple occasions they will refund my money, but they appear to lie and have no intention of returning my money. This has been ongoing for over 12 months. They will not answer the phone and only reply to email about once every 3 months only to repeat the same lie about starting the refund process.
They are scammers, do not waste your money.

The online store is a scam. If you don't believe me, see the advice from Consumer Affairs Victoria (search for 'Ishka complaints' in Google). Personally, I have been waiting more than 2 months for an order. The response from Ishka "customer service" is an automated response, you can't get a real person to reply and look into the issue. You won't get your money back so don't place the order.

Absolute scam! Waited 2 months and they never sent my items and tried to withhold my refund. They barely replied to emails, and were super dismissive and sketchy when they did. I trusted the site as I would frequent the physical stores, but i get the impression they are trying to steal as much money as possible before closing down and have no intention of fulfilling orders or refunds. I was able to get my money back but only after going through paypal. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I made an online order 30/12/23 costing me $148.46
All I have received is a headband worth $4

Nothing else in my order has been sent.
After umpteen emails, they offered me a store credit, which I refused. As I pointed out to them, they could not fulfill the order, so I requested a refund.
I am still waiting.
I am so disgusted with Ishka’s lack of response $ complete dishonesty

RUN AWAY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE NO ITEM, No response to emails, all phone numbers disconnected. Purchased an Item 12/4/2024 If you read other review sites so many people experienced the same issue & received no items. They deserve NO STARS are thieves. In the past you received items but not anymore. You may as well throw your money in the bin. I have asked for a refund & no reply. Pal Pay are also trying to contact them NOTHING. Not sure why this review site has old reviews praising Ishka when the past 6 mths reviews are are sitting far down advising people to stay away. This information should be there to protect consumers against losing their money

Hello all boho peeps. I’m here to tell you the cold hard “truth” about what I thought was an amazing store. ISHKA I FEEL ARE FRAUDSTERS!! TRIGGER WARNING. Do not get up in the middle of the night, and go online become excited by their products and then push BUY. No no no no!!! I purchased 2 dresses late March 2024. I’m wanting my review to be somewhat humorous, because being scammed is embarrassing. My story….. once upon a time I was up and couldn’t sleep. Saw that Ishka was having a closing down sale!! I thought OMG all my Xmases had come at once. So I purchased 2 winter dresses. Did it cross my mind that they were selling items THEY DIDN’T HAVE!! No I didn’t. DO I THINK EVERYONE IS AS HONEST AS I?? Yes I do! Boho’s DONT screw Boho’s.. FACT!
It’s extremely clear to me now, that I should have read reviews. But alas, I didn’t. After at least 10 emails to them,(the first one I sent was extremely polite I might add) only produced 3-4 replies. All I read was “excuses excuses excuses!” So after I admonished myself, and swore to myself never to look on their website again, I made the best move in think I’m my online life. I bought the big boys in, AKA PAYPAL.
Before I could sing “someone pour me a double shot of whiskey”, a screen popped up.. YOU’RE REFUND IS ON ITS WAY! But I was still singing that song “1 to the 2 to the 3 to the 4” another screen shot up. But I think it was from my partner, YOU’RE BANNED FROM USING YOUR PHONE OVERNIGHT TO PURCHASE ON-LINE. My reply “oh but my darling, the purchase was for you to give me!!!”
THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING THINGS THEY DONT HAVE. THEY ARE SKONKSTERS(new word?) have a great day!!

Scam company. No goods delivered. No refund provided.

...eventually, but that's no good, the first order was never delivered, why would a second one be different.
Waiting for an order from November 23.

Trustpilot, Victorian and NSW governments have issued warnings. Victorian ACCC involved. Have given up waiting after 3 months. Fortunately paid with Paypal who refund quickly.

Items arrived broken , $200 order. No response from customer team.

I made an online purchase order on the 24th February 2024 the item has still not arrived. Contacted Ishka twice and was told I will be updated, no update as yet (17th May 2024) and they no longer answer my emails.

You buy and pay an item they take the cash then say they can't supply the item and give you a store credit - this process takes 3 weeks , so you them find another item and use the store credit to buy it and weeks later they email you and say unfortunately that item is out of stock, so you check the item on the website and it's still up for sale 🤬
You then ask for a refund and then 2 weeks later you ask again and they say yes a request will be made and that will take 10 or so working days, you'll get a notification when the money's returned.... so you wait and wait and no email or sms comes, so you demand a refund and they stop replying to your emails so you call them and the phone never gets answered.
To much time has passed for your bank to do anything about getting your money back.

I ordered 4 rugs (totalling over $200) in November last year - received 2 incorrect rugs and was told the other 2 were out of stock (offered a store credit for out of stock items but requested a refund for the whole order). After sending the 2 incorrect ones back I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve contacted customer service several times and just get told they are unable to help as the refund team are working on it. 4 months is not an acceptable time to wait for my money to be returned.

Scam. Could not supply item, refuses to give refund. Sent broken links to 5$ gift voucher.

Ongoing frustrating experience .
27/12/23 received package poorly packaged and my ceramic purchase was inside box smashed into multiple pieces. Now late March, over 30 emails and online messages and only two useless replies. One reply just sent me the tracking information and said it had been delivered and seeya! No one is helping me. No refund or replacement yet. Will never shop with them again and writing reviews wherever I can. Terrible shop.

Ordered a cabinet 3 months ago.. not received.. same generated emails that my product is being preparred by the supplier.. everytime.. website said up to 6 week wait.. its now been 12 and i get nowhere when i try to contact anyone.. noone gets back to you.. i have requested a refund still nothing.. cost me close to $300.. do not buy anything from ishka online. Absolute scam and rip off will never purchase again.
