I order a moon ring on the 10/12/23 for my sisters Christmas present, it’s now 11/3/24 and I’ve yet to receive it.
I’ve email multiple times to get my money back since January and they wont give my money back, I’m disgusted in the way they wont give you an answer as it what’s going on, they said I would get a email about the refund waited almost a month for the email never received it. Worst company to buy from worst experience I’ve ever had with shopping.

Update: still haven’t received a refund and still getting vague emails from them, at this point I don’t even think they have a financial team 19/3/24

Do not buy from this company. They will take your order,your money . Don't deliver goods. Owe money out. Then go onto liquidation. These shops and on line shopping needs to be closes down. Help shut them down. Everyone with same issue. Write review, let's work together and get innocent customers their money back. $700 from me. How much are rhe wripping people off. Stand up to them

Placed an order on the 30/12/23 and still has not arrived. Have sent 7 emails asking where my order is. I keep getting told it’s on it way which has certainly not been the case. Last 2 emails I requested a refund and told that waa also on its way which of course has not happened. Very disappointing

Do. Not. Purchase. From this company! They never send the product and make it impossible to get your money back. If you have purchased through them, contact ur bank and dispute the transaction!

What a horrible company! I live in London but often shop in Ishka when I go home to Oz. My best friend there loves the shop so I ordered a present for her for Christmas but annoyingly was advised right before Christmas that the item was not in stock and could not be delivered - even though it was still available to be ordered on the website.

I was given store credit for the value of the gift, plus a $10 voucher for the inconvenience. Fair enough, things happen, so I went back on line to use the credit. I ended up buying things I didn't really want but needed to use the credit - I was only able to use my credit AND the voucher once I had spent a higher amount than I had previously, but I needed a present for my friend, and I figured Ishka was paying for it with their own voucher :-).

Such a drama - one item was delivered in time for Christmas but it is now mid-Feb and I am still chasing the other item, or the money back for it.

Much to-ing and fro-ing, and huge delays in their response time (12 days on one occasion) but when the company did finally respond, I was told that I would be refunded (having stated I live in London and store credit was not great, plus I didn't want to use this company again) - today I have received emails stating that they would look into my missing refund, and then I got another email telling me all about my store credit, and the voucher they are graciously giving me for the trouble......sigh!

Not living in Oz at the moment, I did not see the warning sent out recently about Ishka from Consumer Affairs Victoria.

They are seriously not worth the trouble they have caused me since early Dec, but am digging my heels in now to see what they come up with next for me. Stay tuned!!!

I made quite a large purchase (over $200) online at Ishka last November. I got an email saying there may be some delays in shipping. I was clear I needed the items by Christmas, which they assured me they'd arrive by then. They didn't. I contacted them again via email, this was late December, they said there are a lot of delays and I should get it shortly. At this point I requested a refund. They said they were processing it. It's been almost 3 months of processing my refund now, and I'm still $200 out of pocket. I have been emailing them back and forth, a lot of the time they don't respond to me, and when they do - it's the same old story "refund is being processed", until recently I got "we are working hard on getting your package to you". Clearly they have no concern for customer service, or there lack of. All I want is my money back, and they're refusing to do that. Absolutely disgusting coming from such a large company. This is the last time I'll ever purchase anything from there again.

Please think twice before ordering from Ishka. They're frauds.

Consumer Affairs Victoria Director, Nicole Rich has issued a public warning about retailer Ishka, following a significant number of consumer complaints to the regulator in recent months.

Anahata Global Pty Ltd (ACN 639 275 175) trades as Ishka, selling homewares, clothing and jewellery via its website, ishka.com.au, and a physical outlet store in Clayton.

We have received 38 consumer complaints from customers of the business in recent months. These include allegations that Ishka failed to:

supply goods;
provide refunds following non-supply; and
respond to consumer complaints.
Given the number of complaints and the serious nature of the issues raised, Rich believes the warning is in the public interest, and is urging consumers to be cautious when dealing with Ishka.

If you have not received items you purchased from Ishka, approach your bank or card provider. You may be able to arrange a chargeback, or raise a dispute with your online payment provider, depending on how you paid for the goods.

Read the bad reviews - they're true. Like so many people, I ordered and then was promptly told my order was unavailable and given on-line credit. I asked for my money to be refunded and received a generic, non-related "We have read your email" response, and I have not received a refund or heard from them again. I lost over $100. I am so angry they are allowed to operate!

Where is my refund?

Purchased a kimono & received 8/11/2023 that was not the same size as advertised, I returned the item which was received by Ishka 21/11/2023. After several calls & emails I was advised a refund would be actioned but instead they gave a credit note.

Due to the extreme difficulty in engaging with Ishka and their lack of actioning the refund back to the card the payment was made from, I decided to look on the site and use the credit note to buy something else, because I was sick of chasing them.

I eventually found something but had to add further money with the credit note to purchase the item.

Straight after I placed the order, I received another email advising this item was not available and the whole funds would now be turned into another credit note.

After another several weeks of emails and unanswered calls I received an email on 29/12/2023 advising the refund of $64.28 request had been sent to the finance team to action.

A request for an update has been sent to Ishka 8/1/2024, 15/1/2024 & 18/1/2024 and they still have not replied. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I am only after a refund of my own money, this is an absolute joke and has been going on since early Nov 2023.

All phone numbers I could find online do not answer and the emails I found for the below do not respond regularly Ishka Customer Service, Ishka, ishka-2.

Do not let it tradeon line. No way to contact, no one answers the phone in Clayton, no call backs, no replys to emails. Paypal i the only way to get a response and a refund. Ishka acts as a proxy for overseas small businesses , takes your money , zero responsibilty from there on . Totally reliant on the overseas business to maybe send what you pay for . No quality control. The tracking number is not trackable. I have been waiting more than the 6 weeks Ishka suggests is the delivery period but now the reason for the purchase has passed. Ive got money refunded via Paypal but the item is in transit whatever that means in real terms. It may still arrive. My concern is the total lack of accountability of Ishka, contracted to deliver a product as they have your money but no way to communicate with them bar going into the Warehouse in Clayton Melbourne. Surely this is a Trading Standards isdue in Australia?

Always happy with anything that I purchase from Ishka. Good variety of products. I just recently took advantage of the sixty percent off across the store. It is also nice to shop somewhere that is not crowded. It is also easy to park.

I ordered two items about 8 weeks ago. They haven't arrived and Ishka is not responding to my queries. It is the lack of response from the company that is most infuriating.

I put in an order online 2 weeks before Christmas, and it hasn't arrived, got a confirmation email, and nothing else. Have emailed them with no response. And no one answers the phone at the store. Very angry. Will be contacting my bank to see if I can get refunded.. DO NOT BUY from them .. very disappointed

Don’t bother. You can place an order thinking everything is fine, get given a tracking number and nothing. You start emailing, get a response only to find your order couldn’t be filled due to “supply issues” but here’s store credit to the amount of your order instead of a refund. Why would use your “credit” from an order they couldn’t fill for a new order that will never get filled because of the “supply” issues. Not the first or last time they won’t be able to fill a order.

They don’t deliver your purchases and do not respond to any correspondence. Hundreds of dollars just gone. I’ve just also found from a friend that a lot of their clothing is on SHEIN and Temu- dresses etc that are exactly they same they sell for $100 plus at ishka when you can buy the same dress on SHEIN for $15!! I was an ishka customer for 25 years- what happened to make them so terrible?? They used to me amazing! So disappointed.

They will take your money but never deliver on the goods. They will ignore emails and calls for refunds. ACCC had to be contacted. How pathetic

Do not buy from this company. They take your money but don't deliver anything and then you have to harass them constantly via email and on social media to get their attention and even when they promise a refund you still don't get it. For context I bought from them in July. It's now January and I don't have the product or the promised refund. They are scum.

I am appalled to see the number of fake 5-star reviews on here. C'mon Trustpilot, moderate your site properly!

For my fellow retail consumers, please be well warned and DO NOT give Ishka any of your hard earned money. You will not get what you ordered (and if you do it will be dreadful quality, along the lines of 'Wish' products) and you will be unable to get anywhere with the non-existent customer so-called service.

It's a shame, because once upon a time they used to be great.

If you want a more realistic look at Ishka via a review site where there hasn't been a concerted effort by Ishka to spam in a bunch of fake 5-star reviews, do a google search on 'Ishka ProductReview'.

It will make for very enlightening reading. Again. avoid this (now) scam online company at all costs!
