Order #ISH226924 - did not receive Mayan Ceramic Decorative Pot @ $6.48. Ishka advised they were unable to send this item.
I have sent several emails requesting refunds for both items.
I have tried to log into my Ishka account today but Ishka doesn’t recognise my email address although you’ve just sent me this email to “rate your experience”.
A very unhappy experience.

I placed an order early March, only to be told at end of month there is no stock and was given a credit. Should have been a refund. I am STILL waiting for my refund with an extreme lack of response on the company's part. Will NEVER buy from you again!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
****Update: After contacting Fair Trading and them in turn contacting Ishka, I have FINALLY received a refund. Don't give in and get help if you need it.

Ishka should not be able to trade. They didn't provide the item I ordered and after waiting over a month they offered a store credit via email which i found buried in Ishka junk mail which still floods my inbox. I asked for a refund 3 times and I'm now going through the bank to try to recoup funds. Criminals!

I paid for a turkish light. It could not be supplied. They offered a store credit instead which I did not want. After 5 emails to them they responded offering a $ 10 voucher but no refund. I would not buy from them ever and encourage anyone not to. Once they have your money they don't respond or put you off with nebulous emails

worst customer service, it's been waiting for the parcel for the last 2 months, the only answer is talking about the parcel sending from another supplier and from overseas. then what is the point I order from ISHKA???

Would give zero if possible. I ordered 3 items in August and have still not received them. I have emailed numerous times, but they do not respond. Scammers.

AVOID! Placed an order online. They took my money. Cancelled the order. Won’t return my money. Want respond to me. BE CAREFUL IF SHOPPING AT ISHKA! Ishka, if you see this, please return my money (reply to my emails or Facebook message)

Free postage discount prices excellent product quick post not to mention beautifully packaged. Great service!

Total scam merchants. Not sure how they are still even operating and why nothing is being done about this!!!! Order item early Jan... nothing. Couldn't contact anyone (social media uses a bot), no phone number and no replies to email. They are blatantly robbing people and getting way with it. Infuriating!

Scammer and thief
Ishka is a scammer. I bought a bookshelf last Christmas. It didn’t arrive after 3 weeks. Then suddenly I received an email telling me that the bookshelf had been delivered. And it can’t provide a tracking no. If they didn’t have the bookshelf in store, they can refund me. But they chose to tell a lie. What a .disgusting trick!

There was no way to contact Ishka. I tried to call the customer service number, no one answered. I returned the email which told that the bookshelf has been delivered, I received the auto message that the DNS didn’t exist!

When I thought that it was impossible to get back the hundreds of dollars that I have spent on the bookshelf, a friend shared with me that I can claim back the money from my bank. That was what I did and it was successful. Thanks my bank for looking into this issue and helping me. I guess they have heard a lot about Ishka through their customers.

Keep away from Ishka as it saves you from troubles.

I bought a blouse from you and messaged you many times about wanting to return it and you couldn't even be bothered to respond. I will never buy anything from you again. You don't even deserve one star.

I had ordered 3 things, 2 arrived in 2 packages over 3 weeks and the 3rd never arrived. I requested a refund and it never came. Lost $70 and will never shop here again.

This is the second time I have been significantly disappointed by Ishka. I am still waiting for a small suncatcher that I ordered in December to arrive .. in that same order I originally had ordered shoes for my wedding (in late Feb) and they ended up providing me with an update a week before the wedding to state the the shoes were actually not available and therefore they refunded me. What a waste of time.
I had a similar experience at the start of last year when I had order 2 small crystals.. and they took almost 3 MONTHS to arrive! I sent multiple emails and received very delayed and non-apologetic responses when I did actually get a response. I had hoped that this situation had been a one-off and so thought I'd try again, however that was obviously a big mistake. Do not bother.

Never received 5 items for over 9 weeks. In the end I went to the store & demanded a refund!! As I was not getting a refund as requested by email.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely shonky company. Keep your money and buy elsewhere! My simple cushion cover got lost, so Ishka offered a credit. I wanted a refund which was offered. Never got a response to my 3 requests, so essentially I was robbed. It may have only been a small amount but I did not receive a refund or a reply. I do quite a bit of online shopping and this one one of my worst experiences. NOT recommended.

I ordered online Christmas presents in October and still had not arrived by Christmas
Still not shipped in January so asked for a refund d and it took 6 phone calls and 5 visits to Ishka Clayton to finally get my refund
I will never buy online again
Customer service online is overseas and they have no idea what they are doing

Disgraceful company, purchased a $70 Christmas gift that never arrived, not a single apology, never saw my money again, and I've since seen many reviews saying the same. I used to love their stores and products. Would never buy anything from Ishka again.

I ordered a Handbag online on the 12th February. After weeks and weeks and multiple emails going to their helpline online chat sent me an email saying they couldn’t fulfil my order and refunded me in store credit, plus 10% for my troubles. I didn’t want store credit. I wanted my refund put back into my bank account. I am still waiting. I have also like many reported the ACCC.

Ordered items in October for last Christmas. Nothing no tracking number nothing .Items still haven't arrived , you can't call them noone answers. I called interstate nothing .FB auto reply ,email no response . Absolutely a joke company .
