True scammers. I ordered a dress online 9th February. After about 15 emails and countless online chats with them I received a response saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. ( 15th March) They gave me a store credit.But they are still advertising the same product. (Which you can get at other places at 1/3 of the cost)I persisted by emailing the every day and reporting them to ACCC and consumer affairs. Today I finally received my refund. My advice is to keep emailing them and report them. This place needs to be shut down.

Took payment for online order. After weeks and weeks and multiple emails sent me an email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order and refunded me in store credit. I didn’t want store credit. I wanted my refund how I had paid. Went through Afterpay dispute centre to get refund.

bought pants that were reduced from over 100.00 to 40.00 the pants have pockets inside out none of the fabric matches up to the other side, shame on you Ishka this is from a woman who has bought from you for over 50 years, never again

Do not use this company of scammers!!!!!!!! I have had the same experience as everyone else, telling me supplier unable to fulfil my order and offering me a refund/credit which no one replies to when I try re order. I have written to them about 3 times with no response. So disappointing!!
Im loathe to even give them one star rating!!

Just reported these thieves to both the ACCC and Victoria Consumer Affairs.
Been trying to get a refund for my mum for 2 orders - one never arrived and another 'the supplier couldn't fulfill'.
The worst customer service I've encountered in Australia. Vague, difficult to contact and VERY unhelpful.
States on their website that refunds take 10 days - funny, I've been waiting 4-5 months!
SCAM

I placed an online order on 15 February 2023. On 15 March my order was cancelled and a store credit provided. I have spent 5 days calling / emailing / live chatting to try and get a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISHKA. I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing

I've been trying to contact ishka for 5 weeks in order to follow up on my order with no response. I got 2 automatic emails saying that items I have ordered aren't available and that they have given me store credit. I just want my $80 back. i will never order online with ishka again.

This is a scam website, do not use it! Twice I have made a purchase and been told they can't supply the item but they kept my money. I have tried every avenue to contact them but no response. They are selling items they don't have and keeping the money. This is fraud.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing and have received nothing. They sent me an email for online credit with no amount just a barcode that you only get on checkout so I have no idea how much it's for. I have tried emailing them with no reply. They are a scam company do not buy from them!!@

I ordered from Ishka they took my money and I have heard nothing since. I have tried every platform to contact them and it is impossible. Ishka is a disgrace and should not be able to still trade. Do Not Buy from them.

My order hasnt arrived twice now. First ordered early December for Xmas present, then got an email in Jan to say they cant fill it. Reordered products and still nothing . Emailed them in excess of 15 times to find out what is happening- not a single reply

Buyer Beware
I placed an order 11/10/22 for my shop. Nothing arrived. i contacted Ishka customer service and emailed several times. i was promised a refund. nothing has come through. i have contacted consumer affairs Vic. and ACCC. I suggest everyone does this.

Ishka have not delivered on order from November 2022, Not contactable by any means, tried email several times, phone numbers for the different stores, nothing! its like no one exists there anymore I keep gettign their sale emails tho.... very interesting...

I placed an online order on 30.01.23 and have Ishka's confirmation email. I have not received the items I paid for - of course they were happy to accept my $200.00 payment.
I have emailed multiple times with no reply, I called the Clayton store in Melbourne and have left multiple messages and no reply.
I used their chatbot which was useless. Now when I use the link sent with my order to track the delivery, there is apparently no record of it.
I am done chasing and have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria. I will look at an ACCC complaint as well, stay well clear of Ishka. What a disgrace.

Brought a fabric throw online. 5 months later still not received. No response to email and phone attempts to contact Ishka.
Recently got approach from external customer loyalty card company in America representing Ishka (rise) seeking to scam more from us. Advised them they are party to Ishka on line scamming in Australia and consumer affairs have been alerted.
Ishka are taking peoples money fraudulently and meet my definition of a scam. Check host of similar stories of their fraud on Google
Be warned

I would never give any stars to the store. I ordered a bracelet a month ago and it never came. Sent more than 4 emails and messages on Instagram the never were replied…. This store dishonest, careless and should be investigated.. I am contacting my bank and my lawyer to have my money back!

I bought a coffee table from Ishka and was told it would arrive in 3 weeks. It didn’t arrive so I tried to contact them by email and on facebook (there is no number to call) on five separate occasions with no reply. Then after waiting for four months for my table, they told me they couldn’t honour my purchase and gave me a gift voucher instead of a refund. Absolutely furious with the whole process. Their customer service is terrible and I’ll never buy from them again

Terrible customer service, i have sent two emails and no response. Do not purchase anything online!

Like many others, Ishka failed to deliver my order and has not responded to my requests for a refund.

If Ishka has taken your money without delivering yours good and you have already tried to resolve it directly with them, please REPORT THEM to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, who investigate fraud and scams (google 'ACCC Report a consumer issue).

Ishka is going out of business and is in its death throes, and once it liquidates there'll be nobody for us to chase for our money. However, if we can all report our experiences it's more likely that the ACCC will investigate.

I also logged a request with my bank to cancel the transaction. I suggest everyone does the same!
