I recently completed my Umrah with Islamic Travels, and the entire experience was absolutely 5 stars from start to finish. Their service was exceptional — everything was organized smoothly and professionally.

The drivers were punctual, courteous, and reliable, which made all the travel transitions stress-free. Communication was also excellent throughout the trip; Brother Luqman kept me updated, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured I always felt supported.

We had a really great experience with Islamic Tour. The representatives Rahman and Saqib were very kind and walked us through the whole process before and even while in Umrah. Jazzah Kallah khaïran.

Communication and pro-activeness was on point. Brother Saqib was very helpful in accommodating me and my family, as well as going above and beyond to make sure our trip was pleasant and stress free.

Our family booked an Umrah package through Mr Saqib H, and overall we had a good experience. He was very supportive — he handled the visa process, transport arrangements, and hotel bookings efficiently and was always available to answer our questions. We especially appreciated the Makkah portion of the trip, and the hotel he recommended there was excellent in terms of location and comfort.

Where the experience could be improved is in the quality control for the Madinah hotel. Although the location was good, the room condition did not match the standard we expected. We shared detailed feedback and photos afterwards to help highlight areas like cleanliness, maintenance, and service. We believe this is something that can be improved for future groups, especially because so much of the Umrah experience depends on having a clean, comfortable place to rest between prayers.

We still appreciate the effort and support provided overall, and we hope this feedback helps strengthen future packages. With better checks on hotel standards, this could easily be a 5-star service.

The first time I contacted Islamic Tour, I spoke with Rehman. He was polite, knowledgeable, organized and most importantly professional. Rehman assisted me every step of the way with my enquiries. I can't wait to go for my umrah to write my experience.

Be careful with the agency called Islamic Tour. They offer very low prices, which may seem like a good deal. I contacted the Saudi Arabian embassy to check if they are authorized by the Ministry of Umrah and Hajj. The embassy provided an official list, but the agency’s name was not included. Stay vigilant.
