Islamic Travel Reviews

A very good experience with this company thanks to brother Muneeb. He was very attentive and patient with my family's umrah requirements.

We started our umrah tour on 14th September. I came in contact with Islamic travel coordinator Samreen in April . First we confirmed only three travellers . Everything was scheduled in April .later two more members got added and they were travelling from India, but Samreen very smartly handled and replaced the hotel booking with minimum increase in hotel expenses .Later on Two more members were added ,but again showed her professionalism and rebook the schedule with budget expenses. Also she managed Saudi Visa application process very smartly and obtained visa in 24 hours time. Her coordination with transport operator in Jeddah ,Makkah and Medina was extremely good,it was scheduled perfectly with our arrival times . Hotel booking choice was upto to the mark. Overall Samreen handling process was excellent and deserve 5*****

I would like to thank Muneeb for his patience and understanding in trying to get us the best umrah package. He gave us so much time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made the appropriate adjustments. I would definitely recommend this company.

Hamza was my travel agent he was super helpful throughout. He answered all my questions and got me a great package deal. He also ensured that my visa was done promptly and any questions i had he answered. I could not recommend Hamza enough to people and the whole hooking process was done seamlessly.

5* service provided from the start to the end of our Umrah trip from Islamic Travel. Our agent Ibtsaam was amazing all the way through. He made our whole journey easier and stress free. He was very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and answered all queries asap. We highly recommend Islamic Travel and will definitely be using them again, Inshallah.

We arranged an Umrah package through this company and our Travel Consultant Samreen was fantastic. She was very helpful and professional in being the means of arranging excellent hotels that met our requirements and suitable flights as well. Would definitely recommend Samreen and her Umrah package to others.

Assalamualaikum
Recommendations from friends who have used them many times. I thought I will try Islamic Travel for my recent Umrah package in Sept 26 for me and my son and I must say I have nothing but gratitude for the service Ibtsaam provided. I had a budget and specific requirements and he did his best to meet them all.
The follow up call to see if we reached in Makkah safely was very much appreciated at least I felt safe and knew I could reach out if I had any issues.
I would recommend Islamic Travel and In’Sha’Allah will use them again if they carry on providing service the way they have for me.
JazakAllah Khair
Ibtsaam
May Allah Bless your team with Barakah.

Excellent service. Very responsive. 5 star customer service from agent Hammad. Thanks

I have now used Islamic Travel for the third time to arrange travel for myself and my family, and once again, Alhamdulillah, I could not be happier with the service.

Brother Ali has been absolutely brilliant throughout. He always takes the time to understand my requirements and, most importantly, works within my budget while still finding excellent hotels, reliable airlines and very well-organised Umrah packages.

What I appreciate most is his honesty, patience and willingness to go the extra mile. He genuinely wants to make sure you get the best possible package without putting unnecessary pressure on you to spend more. His knowledge and experience make the whole process so much easier and give you real peace of mind when arranging such an important journey.

For my family and me, choosing Islamic Travel has become an easy decision because we know we are in safe and trustworthy hands. Three trips with them and three very positive experiences, Alhamdulillah.

A huge JazakAllahu Khairan to Brother Ali and the whole team for your continued professionalism, support and excellent service. May Allah ﷻ reward you abundantly and put barakah in your work.

I would highly recommend Islamic Travel to anyone looking to arrange Umrah or travel for themselves and their family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have dealt with hamza for 2 years he is so friendly and very helpful.even my family use this company to book places. They ave the best deals wen u book flights and hotels.

It has been a remarkable journey the service received from ibtsaam was brilliant also he checked on us whilst we were in Saudi Arabia brilliant customer service

I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with Islamic Travel UK regarding our 16-day family Umrah booking.
Hotel Booking Failure: Weeks before departure—after paying in full and receiving an official receipt—I was told our 4-bed room was no longer available. They demanded I pay more money for the room or downgrade to a hotel much further away. After a week of arguing that my receipt confirmed the original booking, I had to contact the hotel directly myself and present online proof that rooms were available. Only after I provided this proof did they suddenly manage to book the original room.
Flight Cancellation & Inflated Quotes: Following a Wizz Air flight cancellation, the agency requested a refund but attempted to quote me nearly double the online market price for replacement flights. I purchased replacement flights myself for half of what they quoted and requested my refund back.
7+ Weeks of Excuses & Unauthorized Deductions: For over 7 weeks, they delayed repayment with constant excuses—claiming funds were held as internal credit rather than cash, or that their finance team was processing it. I spent our 16-day family trip constantly chasing our money and returned home still unpaid. To make matters worse, they even attempted to deduct 'transfer fees' from the refund amount Wizz Air had issued.
It was only after seeking formal legal assistance and threatening regulatory action that the full £3k+ was returned.
Conclusion: I strongly advise prospective pilgrims to exercise extreme caution, insist on clear written terms, and independently verify all hotel and flight arrangements.

Booked with agent Hamza for a large group of people. He was able to deal with all of us and get us the best deals possible. Even when we asked him to change the dates multiple times he remained calm with us and was able to find us the best possible deals.

Islamic travel is a fantastic service and the people who work there are very helpful and efficient. They are constantly available, giving you packages with what suits you. Quick at responding, generally very happy with my experience.

Great company we booked our trip to Morocco and it went smoothly from flight to transport all great hamza our agent was very good and kept in touch would recommend company to anybody for any trip

My trip was organised well by Ahad. His communication with me was on point the Hotels provided were good three star in Mecca and Medina.
The Transport company provided for me was excellent. It was TAXI from Jeddah to Makkah then Mecca to Medina then Medina to Medina airport the drivers were super excellent cars

Alhamdulillah, this was my 5th visit to the Holy Cities for Hajj and Umrah, so with experience comes a clearer understanding of what one truly needs.

This time, my journey was arranged by Islamic Travel, and I am sincerely grateful to Brother Hamza for arranging everything so thoughtfully around my requirements. He also arranged my previous Umrah visit one year ago, which gave me confidence and peace of mind in choosing Islamic Travel again.

Brother Hamza was humble, patient, and accommodating throughout the process. He listened carefully to what I needed and was always willing to help and reassure me, despite my repeated calls and questions before my flight.

His patience and attention to detail made the arrangements smooth and stress free.

I would like to sincerely thank Islamic Travel for having someone as dedicated as Brother Hamza. He is truly a great asset to the team.

To anyone planning Hajj or Umrah, whether now or in the future, I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with Islamic Travel.
They are experienced, professional, and, most importantly, they patiently listen to your needs and budget.

May Allah reward Brother Hamza and the team abundantly, place barakah in their work, and continue to bless them with the honour of serving the guests of Allah.

Ameen.
