Even though i didn’t take the package out with cheapumrahpackages, Salman was very polite and friendly. He tried his best to find me a package but only went elsewhere as i got a better deal. I will consider them in the near future when i travel again.

I recently went for umrah in December 2025 and booked through Cheap Umrah Packages. On the positive side, they stayed in regular contact through the trip and provided all the relevant & necessary documents and information. I received everything via email and WhatsApp. Communication was good and they (mostly brother Salman) answered my questions promptly. The drivers were on time and flexible. The hotels were decent. I stayed at Voco Makkah which is a really nice hotel but quite far from the Haram. There is a constant shuttle bus service but be warned that traffic is so bad it is often faster to walk (20-25 minute walk). So it might not be a good choice for those who are elderly, with young kids or less mobile. The breakfast was great though. I stayed at ZAHA Madinah as well. The hotel breakfast wasn’t great but ok. The walk to Masjid Nabawi was about 10 minutes but to the ladies entrance a little more, maybe 20. The hotel has good laundry and room service. Both hotels are comfortable and clean though Zaha is a little more dated. Overall, I would recommend this company for the communication and flexibility. It might be worth shopping around in terms of cost as it was not low cost for one person especially considering the distance of the hotels and low budget airline (Wizz) on the outbound journey. However, considering the time of year (busy) and private room/car option, the cost was comparable with other companies.

We had a great experience using this Umrah package. Everything was well organised and on time. Our guide for the ziyarats was very knowledgeable mashallah which made our short stay in medina exceptionally good and we didn’t feel we missed out on anything alhamdullilah!

The package we got from Shamir was very reasonable and affordable. We had the options to pay instalment, which was ideal for the group as we planned in advance.

Amazing experience alhumdulilah. Everything was well organised and good communication. The taxi drivers were also very nice. The hotel in both Mecca and Medinah were very close to the al haram and a quick walking distance.

Alhamdulillah on a lovely Umrah experience thanks to brother Uneeb and then brother Salman. The hotel choices were great and they were supportive with finding the right package to meet our budget including travel from the airport to the hotel and from Makkah to Madinah. We wanted an English speaking guide for our ziarat and travel which was eventually organised and great. Urdu speaking guides are more easily available.

Our umrah was completed with no delays and the service offered by Salman was great. Transport and transferred where arranged smoothly with ease of communication.

Just came back from Umrah using cheap Umrah package.
Thanks to agent Salman who provided us the best deal and arranged 5 star hotels in both cities (Makkah & Madina) in a very reasonable price. He was in-touch with us during the whole stay to keep things smooth.
He arranged our travelling in both cities for pick and drop and zia’arat as well which were really great.
May ALLAH PAK accept our prayers and Salman’s efforts Ameen.
Will definitely use services from him next time InshaALLAH.
