My family booked with this company, the biggest SCAMMERS everrrr. Don’t make the same mistake we did. It’s a good thing they are a registered company and they admitted fault because I’m going to enjoy taking them to court. Breaching their complaint procedure, carry on ignoring our calls, all will be used to show how unprofessional you are as a company. Please also report them to treading standards. There is a file open, the more reports the more evidence to shut them down.

Hotels were great, staff were great, so were all the services provided. Everything was as described. 100% recommmend booking through iqra. She was very kind and very helpful

SCAMMERS!!! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND SINCE JANUARY. WE BOOKED AN UMRAH PACKAGE & ONCE PAYMENT WAS SENT THEY INCREASED THE PRICE AND SAID WE HAD TO PAY £10,000 MORE!!! THEY AGREED TO A FULL REFUND BUT SINCE THEN WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUNDS!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS WE HAVE!!!

We had the best experience and an amazing umrah trip. We choose 5 days Makkah and 2 days Madinah at an amazing price. We had both Adeem & Areeba who were so helpful, friendly and always easily available to get in contact with. We opted for transport and the drivers were great and vans were vip standards. We had no issues in our trip and I would definitely recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future. Especially brother Adeem and Sister Areeba who made everything so easy for us. Our entire family went through this company to book a large group family trip for Umrah in January 2026. We paid a substantial deposit and trusted them to arrange our package as agreed.

Unfortunately, they provided us with the wrong package and then demanded additional money from us. When we explained that we could not afford to pay more, especially after already paying a large deposit, we were told that they could no longer honour our trip and that our full deposit would be refunded.

It has now been 9 months, and we are still waiting for our money. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we have been repeatedly ignored and given the runaround.

The way this situation was handled left our entire family extremely stressed and distressed, particularly with our Umrah approaching and having to worry about both our money and our travel arrangements.

We never expected to be treated this way, especially by a company advertising and arranging trips to the Holy Land. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has caused our family unnecessary stress and financial difficulty.

We strongly advise others to be extremely careful and do their own checks before booking or handing over any money.

We booked our Umrah package for more than 9 people from them. They booked a ticket for our family in which we couldn't fly on and were stopped by the airport authority. We tried contacting our travel agent from Cheap Umrah Deals and he was not responsive. Finally we missed our flight and were able to get in contact with them. Our travel Agent from Cheat Umrah deals told us to buy our own ticket to go perform Umrah separately and they promised that we will receive a refund for our original booked tickets they charged us for. It's been almost two months and they haven't refuned our money. Whenever we try contacting them they are not able to connect us to our travel agent and they keep avoiding our refund. I believe that the people at Cheap Umrah deals are just money grabbers and they leave their customers in misery. I would not recommend any one to get their Umrah pacakges from them.

I would like to give a special mention to Mahek for the exceptional service she provided in helping us organise our Umrah trip. From the very beginning, Mahek went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us. What stood out most was how approachable, friendly and incredibly responsive she was. No matter what question, concern or last-minute issue came up, she was always only a text or phone call away and would respond almost instantly with a solution. Organising an Umrah trip can naturally feel overwhelming, especially when travelling as a family, but having Mahek supporting us made a huge difference. Her communication was excellent throughout, she was patient with our questions, and we always felt reassured knowing that if something went wrong or we were unsure about anything, we had someone reliable to turn to. There were genuinely moments where, without her help and guidance, we would have struggled. She didn't simply arrange our trip and leave us to it; she made us feel looked after throughout the entire experience. That level of care, responsibility and dedication is rare and deserves to be recognised. is an excellent representation of what great customer service should look like, and I sincerely hope her management recognises the value she brings to both the company and its customers. I had a very positive experience with this travel agency. I contacted them after seeing their Umrah package advertised and wanted to confirm the details and price before making any plans.

I spoke with Sister Iqra, who was extremely helpful, polite and patient. As this will be my first Umrah, I had lots of questions and wasn’t sure about many things, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.

I decided to connect them to make sure what I was seeing was correct some wab sites print one thing on their site but when you call them you get a different story
