I travelled on 30th January 2025 and came back on the following Thursday ( via Stansted). The package included visa, hotel accomodation in Mekka and Medina ( the Medina hotel elZawar International was less than 5 minutes walk to the Masjid Elnabawi and included a hearty breakfast). It's my second time booking an umrah package and flights with the help of Areeba, and she is always amazing, professional and always on hand if help is needed.

Service was good . Price was reasonable for the package. The Makkah hotel area I requested was not the same as agreed.

But Overall it was fair value price. Have used in the past and will use again soon.

Writing this review on behalf of my mother Farha Rehman who when for Umrah on 17/09/2024 with her husband Khalid Rehman and son Rehman. My mother said the experience was brilliant and that Areeba managed their flights, transfers and hotel with efficiency. Areeba kept communication with them throughout the trip ensuring that everything went smoothly- she went above and beyond!
