From the beginning of planning our first Umrah as a family, I was guided through the process from start to finish. Firstly, with a long layover in Doha, the flights selected gave us time to get into the state of Ihraam, prepare ourselves for our trip to Makkah, and complete our first Umrah.

On our arrival at our hotel, we were then greeted by an excellent Umrah guide, Muzafar. He was superb and helped us navigate our first Umrah together, ensuring we followed the sunnah and made the most of it. May Allah reward him.

The hotel we had in Makkah, which Areeba and the team selected, was Voco. This was a great hotel with 24/7 shuttle bus access to the Haram.

When we arrived in Madinah, we were conveniently placed in the Saja Al Madinah hotel, which was literally a one-minute walk away from the Masjid. When we reached out to Areeba to arrange a Ziyarat tour, we were given an affordable option, and we were able to tour Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatayn, and Mount Uhud.

Overall, Areeba was an excellent travel agent, and I look forward to booking her again for our next Umrah experience.

We had the best experience with this company and it was Iman who dealt with us from beginning to end. Whenever we needed her she responded straight away and there was no stress involved. When we arrived at Mecca and Medina the guide and drivers were always on time and were very helpful.

Wow. Where do I start. Firstly i must mention Faizan. He confidently managed my booking as the previous agent who i started with moved on. He was able to keep package to what was agreed and provided additional services. Even tho some changes where made towards the end faizan kept me updated and made sure that it met all that was agreed.

We had booked with this company after researching many companies and they did not fail to deliver. Namely Faizan who was brilliant from the booking to my actual return. He upgraded us to better hotels too at no extra cost. My stay in makkah at the Emaar grand was 10/10 staff were brilliant. So helpful and polite to the point of the girls at reception speaking arabic and giving their own tel no for the missing luggage retrieval. Again in Madina Shaza regemcy plaza reception and hotel staff were 10/10 breakfast included. Cheap umrah deals were not cheap imo but a fair price for 10 nights. Company were very accommodating and at the end of a call always so helpful.

It was my first journey. And it was amazing for me. Now i will recommend to my friends and relatives. Who will want to go to perform umrah. Inshallah. Specially I would like to give thanks to Mr Faizan. He had given tremendous support.
