had a very disappointing experience with Islamic Tour Canada during our Umrah trip. We booked and paid for a 5-star package, but upon arrival we were placed in what was clearly a 3-star hotel, far below what was promised.

In addition, transportation arrangements were not properly provided. We were left without transportation at times, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience during an important religious journey.

We were also given information about a train booking that turned out to be inaccurate, which created further confusion and difficulty for our group.

Overall, the service did not match what was advertised or what we paid for. This experience was very frustrating, especially considering the importance of Umrah.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering NOt to book with this company . Scammer people , they book u disgusting hotel 3 stars while they said 5 stars .

Never trust this Agency especially Mazer and his staff tell lies overcharge them scam you show different hotel last minute they change it especially for all the Umra Ramadan group . May they have there rewards taken away from them by Allah for all the grief the put people in then no help. Disaster don’t trust very bad experience. Never again will use this company .

It was my first ever Umrah and I was going as a solo female traveller in the month of Ramadan. Ibtsaam has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my queries (multiple over many months) and has made the process seamless. I had an incredible time while I was there and that is largely due to everything being organised well by Ibstaam. He even managed to get me a much nicer hotel much closer to Masjid Nabawi for the second half. All queries were answered promptly and any issues were dealt with in a serious manner.

Also special shout out to Shahid who helped with rebooking flights out of Saudi Arabia once the airlines started cancelling them due to all the flights being grounded in the UAE. I was able to leave with ease and relatively little issue.

Will highly recommend the team at Islamic Travel UK particularly Ibstaam and Shahid for their dedication and prompt action. Inn'Sha'Allah we'll be using them again next time we all go to Umrah.

Agents were quick and organised in getting us a competitive quote, we stayed for 7 nights (3 nights makkah, 3 in madina via etihad). They sorted for us amazing hotels that were 2 mins away from the mosques at prices we wouldn’t be able to get if we had booked independently, they also helped us with visas and travel while in Saudi, would choose them again InshaAllah

I have just recently completed my Umrah and booked via Islamic travel and overall it was a pleasant experience. Agent Shahid was helpful throughout the process including booking of the flights, accommodation and transport once we arrived and the process was seamless. All in all communication could be slightly improved in keeping us abreast of developments in the visa process but otherwise it was a pleasant experience

This is our second time booking our umrah trip with Islamic Travel and as expected, it was a great experience again. The visa, flights and accommodation was all very smooth and we didn’t encounter any issues. Our contact Hamza was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend!

Very good communication response. Genuinely feel like they want you to have a positive experience., and we did overall. That said an error on dates led to a 3hr delay with travel voucher travelling Makkah tk Medina and organised our own (after reaching out to local travel company and HUH, and understandable couldn't wait with kids longer in Ihram) . They we really good about paying us the travel cost. The overall cost was also budget friendly around 5.5k for 5 ppl incl flights 3 stars Emar Elite Medina and Hilton Convention for 10 days and within 5-8 mins walk of both Haram - great with 3 young kids. Overall for me to rate 5 star (I expect luxury petty much no thinking or worries) there are 3 things that would upgrade my overall rating, sometimes I felt the audience was a little more tailored to South Asian, the structure of flights vouchers etc were several documents but 1 document makes it easier for a customer, and also the structured timeline plan of what will happen at an early stage e.g. Deposit to lock in, when payments taken, when visas will be applied for and all requirements at each preparatory stage in 1 document would upgrade the overall experience. This is my honest opinion and I genuinely had a lovely time and would consider flying via Jordanian airlines again, and would recommend anyone for a budget friendly Asian speaking, well communicative experience.
