Deceptive website, poor customer service and standard feel good reply
Your website is very deceptive and tricky about the specials, thought as a first time customer I would check the button that offered quick shipping, as I needed this item this weekend as a gift. Came up as regular shipping, must be the slow way as it will take a week to reach Atlanta from Florida. Complained to customer service, well, apparently they are just like most companies and don't seem to care or give more than one response. I would have shopped elsewhere, and will next time. No more for this store!
And with the standard feel good reply, this company is not the "small, home-spun" company they pretend they still are! If you want to deal with a small, locally born company, go somewhere else.
