Poor customer service
I clicked the "chat" function moments after placing my order. It wasn't live so I left an email. By the time the person got back to me the next day, my order had shipped and they could let adjust it. I think this is crazy since I was only requesting a price adjustment since I forgot to enter the promo code.
Terrible service.
