Super happy with The Islington Flooring Company for fitting carpets in two bedrooms. Ahmed was great to work with - really quick to respond, patient, and efficient, especially when it came to scheduling the installation. The fitters were awesome too - on time, fast, & tidy. The carpets look amazing. 10/10!

After extensive research, we finally found the perfect flooring at The Islington Flooring Company. The engineered wood flooring is of exceptional quality, and Ahmed offered invaluable advice. The ordering and delivery process was smooth and efficient.

I had new carpet fitted recently. The store was really nice and niche, and both the person in the store that helped me choose the new carpet and sent me some samples at home and the person that came to measure the rooms were really professional, knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. A few weeks later, the fitters did an amazing job moving all the furniture with care (without ruining nor breaking anything) and they were very efficient in removing the old carpet and fitting the new one in. My new carpet looks beautiful and all along the perimeters of the rooms there are no little steps in sight even though the underlay I chose was thicker than usual. Truly seamless experience. From start to finish, I would highly recommend the Islington Flooring Group and I would use them again, fully knowing now that it’s not as daunting as I thought it would be if you choose the right professionals.

First of all Islington Flooring Company had a good range of good quality carpets to choose from. Also the staff were experienced and gave good advice about the fitting, and were helpful and amenable at all times in response to various questions. Samples were readily arranged and the fitting went very well and I am delighted with the final result.

Fitters did great job - quick, polite and very tidy - and left the place looking immaculate. Shop itself slightly disorganised, but overall 5 star experience.

I had great service from start to finish, with helpful advice when I visited the showroom, a home visit to measure and then quote and an excellent carpet fitter today. Very pleased with our new carpets and will be using Islington Flooring to get the other two rooms find later in the year.

Sadly really disappointed with the service I received from Islington Floor Company. I was initially quoted for a Westex carpet based on my floor plan by the store manager. I was happy with the quote and organised for the measure up. After the measure up at my home, my quote then tripled in price. Apparently they had made a mistake despite nothing changing on my end. The store manager who I had initially been in contact with suddenly was no longer contactable. I was extremely time limited and after waiting for their initial measure only to be told the quote was triple what I had expected caused a huge delay to my renovation project. I ended up going with London Carpet Solutions who were absolutely fantastic! They came to our rescue after being messed around by Islington Floor Company. I highly recommend them. Don’t waste your money with over priced carpet and poor customer service with Islington Floor Company.

Guy the carpet fitter did a very good job in a tricky space. He turned up at the time arranged and worked efficiently straight through until it was finished. He was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting him. The carpet looks very good.

This is the second time I've used Islington Flooring company and I've been very happy on both occasions. Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable with his advice; and Danny & the install team were polite, accommodating and did a very professional and polished (pardon the pun) job.
