Very helpful with advice. Easy to get hold of samples and to order. Thomas let us know when the times would be available and made collection simple and fuss free. Great communication at all stages. We shall use Islington Flooring for our next project.

The removal of my old carpet and fitting of the new one went extremely well. Every one of the team did a first-class job, efficiently and effectively. They were all punctual and friendly as well, explaining to me what they were doing at each point. Brilliant!

My thanks for a skilful job well done to Mike/Mick who lifted the old one, Guy and Daniel who did the main job and Wayne who trimmed the doors.

Deciding where to spend thousands on a new carpet that will serve you for many years is nerve-wracking, especially when you don’t know if the fitters will do a good job. I gladly recommend Islington Flooring to anyone who was unsure whom to choose, as I was.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the shop, very straightforward process getting quote and happy to work around our timelines. Danny, the fitter, and his team were absolutely fantastic! They bent over backwards to accommodate us and the rest of the work going on in our flat and made sure we got the perfect finish. His artistic flair is evident with the creative way he tackled the few steps up to our kitchen! He and his team were happy in their work and very kind and respectful whilst in our home. I am very happy to highly recommend.

The team arrived promptly with all equipment and beautiful cork flooring. They were both pleasant and helpful, with explanations and guidance. I needed replacement plywood underfloor, which they obtained quickly and finished the floor within the time stated. Excellent craftsmanship from Danny and his team - thank you!

Took two weeks to get back to me after initial contact.

Then completely unhelpful and failed to provide a quote.

Forget it.

(in response to reply below: you must be confusing me with another customer - I didn't get any response from you after asking for the quote, it was nothing at all to do with Health & Safety!?! So, I guess you're letting down other customers too).

Collaborating with the company was a fantastic experience. They were prompt and delivered a wonderful wood floor.

I've used Amtico three times and have always been pleased with the result. This is a small area of flooring in a bathroom, was well fitted and looks good.

This is the second time we’ve used Islington floor company and we’d definitely use them again. From in-store advice from Chris to the floor fitting with Danny and his team, everything went smoothly and on time with excellent end results. Danny and his team are efficient, professional and clean and a pleasure to have in the house. The stairs and flooring look fantastic and have transformed our house. What a professional experience from start to finish, after having most of my flooring throughout redone by Islington flooring the communication has been incredible and really would recommend they took alot of the stress out of it, top quality carpet, good prices and fantastic finish. Chris the manager kept everything running smooth and was really friendly and helpful.

This is a great company. They have a range of lovely, high quality carpets and hard flooring. The staff in the showroom in Islington were very helpful when I went in to choose my carpet and flooring. Communication was excellent throughout. The fitters who worked in my house were professional, considerate, and efficient. A complicated job (fitting parquet-style flooring around a spiral staircase with a curved stairwell) was carried out beautifully and surprisingly quickly. I can't recommend this company too highly.

Fantastic service from first enquiry to completion of the job. Our floor presented several difficulties to the fitters, but they rose to the challenge every time, and their work fitting our tiles was excellent. We are delighted with our beautiful new floor!

I could not have asked for a better experience - Martyn in the shop has a wealth of knowledge on carpet types and fittings and really helped select the right choice for us. I had a vinyl floor installed by Islington Flooring company in my bedroom replacing a damaged carpet. The communication and the job were spotless. All very precise without leaving any marks or dirt around the flat. Highly recommended!
