I had a great experience working with this company to install carpeting in my 3 bedroom flat (near Angel). Compared to other companies I initially spoke with, Isl. flooring was much more responsive and flexible on pricing. I also appreciated how straightforward the communications were. The person I worked with was Lawrence in the Angel branch -- he was amazing to work with. He even told me about the downsides of a very expensive carpet I was initially considering, and recommended a cheaper one that I am much happier with. It is a pain to sort through company ratings online and find a reliable company; now that I found a good company to work with, I am happy to spread the word and hopefully help other ppl in their search.

We had our large room floor replaced by Islington Flooring Company - beautiful. The whole process was seamless. Even the discovery of a section of rotten boarding which they had to replace did not hold up the program. Seems as shame to put the furniture back.

Ordered some London Oak. Quick and punctual delivery. The planks and underlay were all great quality.
After a couple days knee ache, I have transformed my flat into quite a special home in the centre of London.
It's emotional how good it looks and how its exactly what was advertised.
First class service, great value and what a charity to be supporting!

From start to finish, we had a great job done by this local firm. No fuss in Martyn coming out to us to measure up and advise, and then no fuss when we encountered a difficulty in coming out a second time to help us and to re-think and re-quote. One the day our new bathroom sub-floor and Amtico tiles were laid by Danny and Jimmy who were charming - professional, clean and tidy, quiet and best of all - provided an exceptionally good job.

Excellent service from Islington Flooring, very responsive and patient with my requests for samples etc. Fitters were excellent, helped with layout and great finish.

Everyone did a great job. We were kept in the loop at all times and team very flexible re us moving dates due to Covid.

Fitter great and the job was done really well - we were worried we'd have to edging after fitting but cut so close to edges no need at all. Door person sent around very quickly to ensure door fitted again after floor fitted.

I first got in contact with Laurence mid September regarding my floor at home. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and between him and Martyn, they have been a dream! No question goes unanswered, they were so helpful throughout the whole process. Their communication has been outstanding and they are genuinely lovely people to deal with.

This also extends to Matt and Daniel who installed my new flooring. They were so polite, friendly and courteous and I actually enjoyed having them in my home!

Recently Guy also came to install a new carpet for a work project and he was also great! You have a wonderful team.

Flawless finish, excellent customer service as well!! After the job had completed, there were a few minor hairlines that we wanted resolving and Ben and his team were quick to perfect it. This company wants to do the best possible finish and do not rest until it’s there. Highly recommended!
