Issa is great at what they do. They answered my questions before I started applying (I even had a short call with them). This made it a lot easier for me to understand the prerequisites for the DTV visa I applied for. I found out about Issa Compass through some Facebook groups and decided to give them a try. I downloaded their app, created an account, and everything was super easy to navigate.

I communicated with them through WhatsApp, and they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I had a lot of questions, and they answered everything in a timely manner while also making sure all my documents were correct before submitting.

I finally got everything together on April 22nd and decided to go with Muay Thai Fever. After I submitted my payment, they got to work on my visa right away. They submitted my application to the LA consulate on April 23rd, and I was approved the very next day on April 24th with no additional documents requested.

I decided to use ISSA Compass after seeing a referral from someone I follow online. And his referral was accurate. For me, using ISSA Compass to help prepare for and then submit my visa application was a big help. Because they do this daily, they are familiar with the documentation that is needed and in what forms so that it will be accepted by the BOI and immigration personnel. They also provide useful instructions on their APP and website when asking for more information, which was also a help. Once my application for an LTR was submitted I was informed it could take up to 8 weeks for approval, but in reality it only took a couple of weeks thanks to having all of the paperwork in place before submitting the application. Then I opted for an eVisa since I am still in the US and had some things to attend to before I could move to Thailand. I was told that it could take 2 to 8 weeks for the eVisa to be issued, but again, it only took about a week. I feel the people at ISSA Compass are competent and professional and did an excellent job helping me get through the Visa process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is serious about obtaining a visa to live in Thailand.

The people at Issa walk me through everything, I have crap computer skills have never downloaded a PDF in my life and they walked me through everything and made it as easy as possible, despite myself!!! highly recommend, but be patient these things don’t happen overnight

They are extremely thorough - which was a little frustrating at times, but it was worth it in the end!

I experienced some online tech issues with the app however, the super quick approval of my visa made it worthwhile and was due to the excellent level of customer service, advice and on going support from the Issa Compass Team.

I applied for my DTV visa with the help of Issa Compass. I spent a while slowly gathering my douments together which were first AI checked on their website and then double checked by a human after it passed the initial AI check. Any questions, it was possible to ask them using whatsapp. The estimated time for the country I was in while applying was 2 weeks, but it took much less time than that and everything went very smoothly, with my visa being accepted only a few days after the actual application. I was recommended this company by many of my friends who also were successful and would fully recommend this company to anyone who would like to apply for the DTV.

I had a great experience with Issa Compass and would recommend anyone looking to obtain a Thai DTV to go through them.

I had first applied for a DTV as a digital nomad by myself in Vietnam in January 2026. Despite providing all the documents that I thought were required (including the additional documents that were requested by the Thai embassy), my application was rejected without any explanations or reasoning.

I then decided to reapply in March 2026 with the help of Issa Compass. The company was very helpful in providing me with a more comprehensive list of required documents and reviewing all my documents prior to submitting.
