Advised to shower at the gym as hot water isn't working, happens regularly but states this is normal in shared accommodation to go without hot water.

I contacted Isteni Lettings for my HMO…
I contacted Isteni Lettings for my HMO project that is underway in birmingham and they were happy to meet and provide rental valuations, they also gave us handy tips which we will be using for our HMO. Look forward to working with them in the future.

New Tenant
The house provides a safe, warm, friendly and comfortable vibe which is ideal after a long days work. The landlord is spot on and very engaging and supportive. The house has all the modern facilities one would need and is situated in a lovely location with all the needed shops and stores avaliable in the area. Great on boarding process and all round great experience. I highly recommend Isteni Properties.

Happy HMO landlord
Since I switched over to Isteni Lettings from an established Birmingham based lettings agency, I have found them providing me with a much more “hands on”, quick an efficient service, which was sadly missing with the previous agent. I have more peace of mind knowing that my HMO property is being managed to a high standard. Highly recommend their business.
