My experience of flagship would be no stars no customer service the way the managers treat you.

Abbie made our purchase simple and straightforward. Kept us informed every step of the way. Chased and co-ordinated all parties to ensure our purchase stayed on track.
Cannot praise Abbie enough for her help and more importantly patience dealing with a pair of technophobes. Quality of the house design, fixtures and fittings are top class.

After retiring from a very long career, and living in rented accommodation I was worried not only about the price of the rent but also the lack of security as landlords seem to be selling up their properties. I wanted to be able to live in a house that I could call home and enjoy my retirement in. Flagship made this possible due to the part own part rent option. We had some issues with our shared ownership property with very bad mould in the bathroom. After contacting the developers Persimmon, who weren’t wanting to help and dismissed the issues (mould was due to poor workmanship), Flagship stepped up and provided a solution for us to get this rectified.

It was important for us to have this problem fixed ASAP due to our child’s life limiting condition (mould can be catastrophic for her).

Thank you for helping us get our issues sorted so our child is free from mould exposure and allowing her to live in her home safely.
