From start to finish, Kathryne Sedlen was absolutely amazing.

I am currently a first time buyer and did not have a clue about mortgages specifically through shared ownership. I was also quite hesitant of new builds due to word of mouth and negative opinions I would come across over the internet.

I first enquired about the plots being built in April, all the way through I was updated thoroughly and consistently for the whole 6 months of the process. I was made to feel comfortable with any questions I had and was always given a detailed and helpful answer.

Majority of the time, the process was smooth sailing and any slight problems that occurred Kathryne was highly supportive and reassuring, always informing honestly and updating with solutions if there was ever an issue.

I would highly recommend Kathryne to anyone going through the shared ownership process, as due to her high standard of professionalism and obvious care and passion for her job, my experience was very much positive.

I have had a great experience with Bromford housing so far, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and always respond efficiently to my queries.

Making the move from Guernsey to Winchcombe didn't go without its problems. Moving house is one of the most stressful times in life. But Tracy and Claire in the front office were very helpful and accomadating with any problems as they arose, which helped to make my life that bit easier. Always cheerful and nothing was ever a problem to help sort. Any snagging problems after the move have always been sorted quickly and efficiently. I love my new home and settling into my new life with the help of the team at Bromfords, I am glad I made the move.

We haven’t had a great experience of new build properties - but Bromfords have blown our doubts out of the water. Tracy, our sales contact, has been fantastic all the way through the purchase process, and also significantly contributed in the exchange and completion processes - we can’t thank her enough. As a first-time home buyer through shared ownership, we were understandably nervous about the whole process. Kirstie was absolutely fantastic at putting our minds at ease and answering every question I threw at her. Everything was explained clearly, and she was always friendly, helpful and informative throughout.
