A wonderful rang of homes with a good price including Share Ownership

Bromford is proactive, provides quick response and information to customers.

We both felt used by the mortgage and sales advisor in telford (The Hem) nothing was transparent as stated on bromford website, we felt rushed and pressure put on to secure a property.
I was using my own mortgage advisor through work which saved us £500. Bromford mortgage advisor was putting pressure on and using sales jargon to try to convince us to go with him.
A property was secured and a mortgage in principal via them was accepted, once we Said we wanted to go with our own advisor the tables turned.
We both felt very stressed by the whole encounter, this was an absolute disgrace from start to nearly finish, it seemed their pitch is to sell sell sell, it seems they have
compassion for their customers but in reality this is all part of the sales pitch
This experience has put us off going to bromford in the future
Be aware.

Over the years, Bromford Housing has been ready at hand for maintenance services and a friendly landlord. I can't fault them in anything. Their rent and annual increment is moderate. Their staffs response to complaints or requests are over the top.

Disappointing Experience with Bromford Home Sales

My experience with Bromford Home Sales has been extremely disappointing. From the outset, I felt pressured by persistent and overly aggressive sales tactics that made the entire process feel more like a hard sell than genuine customer service.

Despite raising a formal complaint about the way I was being treated, I’ve received no response from their complaints team. The lack of follow-up only reinforced my concerns about how little value is placed on customer care.

It’s clear the homes will sell regardless, but that doesn’t justify treating prospective buyers with such disregard. In the end, I decided not to proceed any further. I would not recommend Bromford Home Sales based on this experience.

* Not a good experience from your Mortgage Advice bureau- they gave wrong info - when asking a valid question to be be told "I'm on A/L now so turning my computer off" is not good advice with no answer to question??
Beautiful homes excellent speedy response from Bromford - Just a huge shame they are badly let down by Mab when buyers need help to purchase shared ownership homes.

If you have anyway to avoid using Bromford try your best too, they are a criminal company specialising in bullying the vulnerable, you will be ignored for any problem you have then hit with the well known service charge scam, paying for gardens, starlifts you dont have, paying for gates that dont work, i currently pay bromford £57 a month service charge, they havnt provided services in years me and my neighbours fixed the gate ourselfs after a year of holding it closed with a dog lead.

If I could I wouldn't even give them a star rating. Shocking behaviour from Bromford on how they treated complaints and Anti social behaviour. Has taken them 2 years to even act on it and I wouldn't even say they done that let down after let down. Want to up youre rent every year on "affordable housing" to the point where they'll make you homeless, and housing coach that rely private information to others. It's just been hell. Moved into one of there new builds and the work was Shocking took over a year for them to even start looking at the problem's and we're still waiting for the works to be finished and we're now on the second year, seems to be want to do nothing for a working class family but will wait on hand a knee for the bums/drug takers/drug dealers/ASB/people fruding the system.
I had a full grow man threatened my wife with my 2 year daughter, while he had someone eles kids with him but Bromford told me I can't use my ringdoor bell as proof because it eves he's privacy. Come to the point we want them to move us... this is just the icing on the cake so much more could be said.

I have recently bought my first property with Bromford and it's not been a great experience so far. During the process of buying there is a lot of pressure put on to exchange by a certain deadline etc and it seems very much you are just a number for them to sell the property so they can move on to the next as soon as possible. As soon as the money is handed over it's almost like they are no longer interested in hearing from you, despite the fact I pay a large service charge and monthly rent payment. I have been in the property over 6 months now and outstanding issues have still not been resolved, it is impossible to get hold of anybody as the phone lines are always busy and if you message them on their live web chat they just tell you to phone up instead. I had an email when I moved in from my neighbourhood coach saying she would introduce herself to me, that has not yet happened and when I contacted her with a query she said 'thats nothing to do with me' so I'm not quite sure what the role of neighbourhood coach is for? On a positive note some of the staff I've spoken to have been helpful (once you get through!) and I am hopeful that the issues will eventually be resolved, it's just a shame because after renting with Bromford for so long before buying I actually had a lot of praise for them but my experience has been mired by feeling a bit let down and made to feel like I was a meer money maker for them that they have now washed their hands of. Once I move on from this property I will not be buying through Bromford again.

so many things are wrong with them, I do not know where to start with.

Initial contact was very consistent and a flurry of activity and communication but once you sign the reservation fee and complete paperwork, no communication unless I initiated it , no choice of fixtures , poor quality kitchen design and actual fittings , lots of uncertainty no one takes responsibility lots of not us but it’s the solicitors or the builders was told December initially then January then February now when ever would not recommend

My name is Jordan Mal and we have been facing a lot of racial abuse from our neighbours with no intervention from the Bromford. This company allows their neighbourhood coaches to be paid a full wage while not achieving the full scope of the job. They are not mental health trained professionals and this should be removed from the job description.

Moseley Court is the area and this is going to be public now. I gave this company one week to resolve this and all they have done is fob us off.

A company that allows racism and breaks tenants agreements.
