Host charged us €50 for late check in . This was not written in the booking details before we book. They sent us message later indicating the charge. The booking was non- refundable so we are trapped to pay. When. We complained to manual for Italian way he was very rude and non respectable and snatched the key from my hand and said if you do not pay then come tomorrow to check in !! He asked to pay in cash but we refused and asked for receipt to prove the payment. We had no way except to pay as it was 1 am and we will not find accommodative at that time. I didn’t see any accommodation in my life l. Booking please confided this as official complaint for unclear information about late check in and rudeness of the host compnay. Do not use them , they have zero respect to customers

Appartamento ok, anche se prezzo da capogiro. Unico problema, non trascurabile, per check-in abbiamo perso un'ora e 8euro di metropolitana per raggiungere l'ufficio di italianway. È vero che possono darti appuntamenti per darti le chiavi ma sono pochi ed ad orari da loro decisi e quindi probabilmente scomodi. Capisco che sia un'azienda grande che con poco cerca di gestire tanti alloggi, ma perché non usare le cassette con codice come fanno tanti? Veramente scomodo....mai più.

Do NOT use this company. They will not help you if there is a problem. They will not respond to emails. They will cut you off if you call (repeatedly, this was no accident, this was policy). I sadly rented a property from them only to find it was not as advertised. They did not resolve the issues I had, did not admit fault, did not offer any kind of apology or compensation. Miserable experience. Avoid, there are plenty of other options.

Be aware, this apartment is gloomy (all the windows have fixed curtains that cannot be open, it is situated on the first floor, facing north, no natural light at all), not well taken care of, worned down and not clean (hairs in the bathroom, kitchen fridge dirty, etc...) The water temperature was not functioning so we were unable to take a shower. I called the customer service and I spoke to a very rude man who didn't help out at all. I had booked through booking who didn't help out at all. I never got refunded for the 1 night (We didn't even sleep there in the end and had to go to a nearby hotel)

Abbiamo preso un appartamento a Milano Garibaldi via rosales3, servizio pessimo, camera lasciata in una maniera indecente servizio di pulizia in ritardo che ci ha fatto posticipare il check in di 7ore, acqua calda non pervenuta.
Esperienza pessima

ho avuto una esperienza questa estate con loro loro ad Alghero, ma devo dire che e stata una carrissima ma anche impolverattissima soluzione la loro.
il posto era veramente sporco per 90 euro a notte.
quindi quando arrivate sul posto fate bene un giro di ispezione prima di ricevere le chiavi. la ragazza mi aveva anche promesso un rimborso di 90 euro per il disagio che non hai mai ricevuto. fate voi..
Devo essere sincero avevo chiesto un checkin urgente da parte mia. Ma anche che il ragazzo avesse pulito quella polvere si vedeva che era li da tanto tempo, e non e consentito fumare ma puzzava di fumo che una bellezza la stanza appena entrati, addirittura quando l'ho fatto nottare la puzza i e stato detto ah si se vuoi ti metti alla finestra e fumi..
comunque mi spiace ma pessima esperinza
