Smooth withdrawal experience
I tested it first with a small USDT deposit and made a withdrawal before moving more funds over.
The withdrawal worked fine, there was no fee from their side, and I didn't have to reach a minimum amount to withdraw.
That was enough for me to feel comfortable using it more. So far, everything's been good.

Truly recommend for XAUUSD Traders
I’ve been trading XAUUSD through ITB since 2024 and I can confidently say that the specs of their dedicated gold account is what made me stay on ITB. Raw spread and a $3 commission on Ounce lot is one hell of a bargain.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Thank you for staying with us this long. 🙏
You've described the Gold Account exactly as we designed it: raw spreads, a simple commission, no games. That's the deal we made with gold traders, and we intend to keep it. See you on the next move. 📈

Gold account and slipage guarantee
I’ve been using ITBFX’s Gold Account for a while and what I’ve liked most is the slippage guarantee. When trading gold, execution can get tricky during volatile moves so having that extra protection gives me more confidence when entering and exiting trades.

You've named the part we're proudest of. 🙏
Gold moves fast, and volatile moments are exactly when a trader needs to trust their execution most. The slippage protection on the Gold Account exists for those moments, so you can focus on the trade, not on the fill. Thank you for putting your confidence in us. 🥇

However, no information was provided within the verification period, and we have therefore been unable to identify any account or support case connected to this review.

I sincerely appreciate the opportunity…
I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to participate in this trading competition. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to test my trading skills, discipline, and risk management under competitive conditions. Finishing number 5 on the leaderboard and receiving a $100 credit reward is a great achievement for me. Thank you to the organizers for a fair and motivating competition. I look forward to future events.

Congratulations on finishing 5th that's a real achievement, and you earned every bit of it. 🏆
What you described discipline, risk management, performing under pressure those are exactly the qualities that separate serious traders from the rest. The leaderboard doesn't lie.
We design these competitions precisely for moments like this: to give traders a real arena to grow, compete, and get rewarded for skill not luck.
Your $100 credit is just the beginning. We'll see you in the next one and we have a feeling you'll be climbing even higher. 📈🥇

You're right, and we respect the distinction.
"Good" is a solid foundation, but "excellent" is where we're headed and feedback like yours is exactly what keeps us moving in that direction.
We're glad the pricing structure works for you and that our support team has been there when you needed them. We'll keep working on the rest.

I have had a wonderful experience with ITBFX
I like how their gold and Nasdaq move, the money behind a lot size is very satisfactory. Unlike any other broker.
I like the trading contests that allow traders to test their skills and see how they would perform with a real account, all the while, they can get a credit bonus to a real account to trade and make real withdrawable money 👌👍
Thank you ITBFX 🤝

This made our day thank you! 🤝🙏
It's always special to hear from a trader who truly understands what we've built. Gold and Nasdaq are close to our heart at ITBFX, and knowing that the lot sizing and pricing feel right to you means we're delivering on what matters most.
And yes the trading contests are exactly what you described: a real arena to sharpen your skills, test your edge, and earn withdrawable rewards along the way.
No simulation, no empty prizes. Real experience, real money. 🥇
We're proud to have traders like you in the ITBFX community, and we promise to keep raising the bar.
See you at the top of the leaderboard.

I participated in the ITBFX March…
Update:
The withdrawal has now been successfully processed and received.
The process took longer than expected and communication could definitely be improved, but I appreciate that the payment was ultimately completed.
Thank you.
I participated in the ITBFX March trading contest and won first place. As a result, I received a real trading account with a $1000 credit.
I traded on the account and made $1000 profit while following all the rules.
I submitted my withdrawal request on April 14. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times via Telegram and tickets.
Unfortunately:
* My tickets were closed without resolution
* I keep receiving generic responses like "your request has been forwarded"
* No clear timeline or update has been provided
I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but I am concerned about the lack of transparency and communication.
I am simply requesting a clear update and fair processing of my withdrawal.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
