I recently purchased multiple subscriptions from The IT Guy including Microsoft 365, Canva, ChatGPT Plus and Grammarly.
What truly stood out for me was the continued support I received on WhatsApp whenever I faced any issue. For example when my Grammarly subscription ended, support was provided immediately and everything was resolved quickly.
The biggest thing for me is that I never heard a no from him. I have had two bad experiences in the online market before, but The IT Guy helped restore my trust. He proved that there are still genuine people who provide honest services with commitment and dedication.

Purchased 2019 MS Office. However, there was an issue and little bit delay so they send 2021 MS Office key. When I couldn't get it activated myself, they were kind enough to connect to my system and did the activation. Amazing pricing and top notch customer service.

Bought 1 year subscription for office…
Bought 1 year subscription for office account, 4 months in i lost access to everything, IT guy on whatsapp basically said it was risky to buy from start.
While selling they confirmed one year subscription, I have lost 4 months of work files, spreadsheets saved on one drive, teams conversations with my online clients etc. I am not sure if they are an online fraud, or just can not handle selling liscences/ managing sold subscriptions.
Update: What’s most disappointing is not just the product failing far earlier than advertised, but the way the support team handled it. Instead of acknowledging the issue or even showing basic understanding or remorse as customer service by apologising, they refused to take any responsibility. On WhatsApp, I was actually told that I was “cheap” for buying the product online and that I should have expected the risk, and I should opt for expensive licences next time.
If a product is advertised to work for 12 months, customers should reasonably expect it to last 12 months! or professional support when problems arise.

The product description explicitly states: "This is an account, not a subscription on your personal email." The nature, limitations, and risks of this product type are disclosed upfront before purchase.
This product is priced significantly lower than a personal subscription precisely because of its account-based nature. We do offer fully personal, renewable Microsoft 365 subscriptions in our catalog, which provide the kind of stability and data continuity you were expecting — however, you opted for this product based on pricing.
Regarding the WhatsApp conversation — if our team acknowledged any risk, that was transparency on our part, not an admission of fault. We believe customers deserve honest information.
