Travel agents always assisting with my requirements and are all very friendly and supportive. I’ve always booked with ITravel and never had a complaint about them.

I am extremely happy with the service I got with Itravel , I have mostly booked all my holidays with them , and they have never disappointed me , I have dealt with khalid and recently booked my last holiday with taj both have been so good and found the best deal for my family .

Right from the start..booking process is easy to follow. Saved over 300 pounds each compared to other companies. Helped every step of the way when I wasnt sure on how to use online check. Would recommend itravel to anyone looking for a holiday. Give them a try you won't regret it.

Completely ruined our trip to Antalya. Decided to book with itravel because of recommendations and reviews. Halima made a complete mess of our package. We paid for all inclusive with transport transfers. Come to find, no transfers booked and no BB included. Paid our own way to the hotel. Called itravel throughout the trip but no answer. Hotel staff telling us to pay more and that it wasn't booked by itravel and showed us a completely different booking confirmation on their system. Definitely did not get what we paid for. Birthday ruined, complete shambles, will not be booking again.

My experience with Itravel holidays was nothing short of amazing! From the very first inquiry to the final day of my trip, their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. If I could, I’d give this agency a 0 rating, I would but formatting doesn’t allow this. Do not buy any holiday packages with ITravel!!!

We went as a family for Umrah with two elderly parents. When we got to the hotel, they did not recognise our booking. It was such a hassle to contact khalid(owner of Itravel) regarding this as he went radio silent. We had two rooms reserved but the hotel did not recognise the booking. After two hours of back and forth, the second booking was confirmed under a wrong name and separate booking, therefore the hotel had to put us on different levels instead of rooms next to eachother. Khalid has been no help and did not answer his phone when we called for help. We were promised 24/7 helpline. Also, we had rooms booked with three beds but were given 2 bed in one, which wasn’t what we had paid for.

After all this hassle, the rooms were absolutely filthy. I’ve attached photos for you to see. This is not the 5* hotel we were promised and paid for. There was damp in the rooms, flooding in bathroom and broken toilets and broken furniture in the rooms. Very unstable. Hotel staff couldn’t help much due to the booking made by khalid and when we contacted khalid he said he can’t do anything about it during our entire stay.

He failed from his duty of care and left us with no support. On top of this, he said himself (as a travel agency) that he had made the booking through another agency website and that there was nothing he could do. Completely irrelevant and not helping the situation as we booked directly with him. What does him booking with another agency have to do with us?

We all fell sick at the hotel and was given antibiotics due to poor hygiene and health & safety risk which ruined our whole Umrah experience. God is our witness and what we went through was nothing but inhumane. Avoid this travel agency at all costs!!!!! He hasn’t provided any refunds or apology for this horrific experience. He only cares about his money and is a professional salesperson for selling lies. Customer service is a myth at this agency. We will be taking the necessary legal steps now after what we went through

Excellent service fast and efficient

Just got back from my holiday to Tunisia, I’ve booked with ITravel at least 6 times now and they’ve never failed me, I spoke to Moses this time who was extremely helpful, he listens to what you want from your holiday, how flexible you are with dates and keeps your budget in mind when delivering his results, i recommend them to all my friends and family, if your checking on what travel agent to use, try ITravel you won’t be disappointed.
