What made my experience great is the due diligence of some of the call handlers and their polite and personal handling. However, I do feel as a company they need to be more current with technology to make the customer experience more rewarding.

Jamal was very supportive and made the process easy for us. He advised on alternative options, helping us choose the most suitable tickets for our summer holiday. It also gave us peace of mind knowing that any changes could be made at no extra cost, as amendments were included—though we didn’t need to utilise.

Arif and on occasion Sami were the two people that I had the pleasure of being dealt with. Every time they have been courteous and extremely helpful. They listened to my requirements and communicated back promptly with options, all at an excellent price.

Although at the time I bought my tickets I was content with the service. At which time I was told I could cancel at anytime minus cancellation fees. Due to circumstances now with COVID-19 and personal financial situation, I wanted cancel my tickets. I have contacted the travel agent and was told I couldn't cancel and had to wait or if the agent closed then to call up the airline. As I have booked and paid with the travel agent, it is the responsibility of the travel agent to deal and refund the amount paid. I feel dissapointed at the lack of information and service provided, having been a previous customer of this travel agent and feeling trusted that they would do the right thing. I understand circumstances are difficult for all but customer service should be honest and at the front. Thank you.
