Good company and good price. I had some initial difficulties e-mailing and phoning but got a call back and sorted deliver concerns with lorry and cannot fault them. I would go back to these guys in future but looks like same panel no longer in stock.

Great prices and great comms
Ive been broadly impressed by ITS and would definitely recommend them again. There are rough edges, listed below, but as I saw I think they provide a great service given the price so very happy to recommend. The installation was great quality and the team were professional.
Slight downsides:
* Sadly submitted DNO paperwork with the wrong address which caused a fair delay, but I understand our situation was a bit more complex than normal. Just need a few more safeguards in the process
* Allocation of an installer seems to happen invisibly and with negligable communication until a few days before installation (which again is an unknown date). Would definitely benefit from a clearer set of expectations here.
* Final process improvement is whether documents should filter from the installer back to ITS, or to the customer? Nobody seems to know, but ours didnt show up until chased, as there was a blank email address field on the system - shouldnt be possible surely.

One comms cable missing, purchased another set of cable another set of cables off ebay as supplier not really interest and guessed it may take months communicating with China so to get the unit working purchased replacement cables.

Excellent communication
Even when a faulty panel was identified ITS were quick to reply to all correspondence and arranged delivery of a new panel. Sadly I'm suck with attempting to dispose of the broken one, but happy with all communication and swift solution.

I have my reservations...........
Initially the purchase process was positive, I ordered a 6kw inverter, and 9kwh battery with EPS or Gateway supplied from ITS to be installed once the DNO gets approved.
I have the invoice stating that the Gateway or EPS is included in the price as stated on the AD, and queried this.
The order arrived quickly, but no Gateway or EPS was in the shipment.
I since queried this and Johnathan has stated that they have never included this with the order, as they are "very expensive".
If I want this it is now an add on at extra cost.
The order was placed 6 weeks ago, and no intallation date has been scheduled.
Starting to regret my purchase, and question the company and its positive reviews.

UPDATE. On the Google review I placed a screenshot of the order invoice, and it clearly states that the gateway IS INCLUDED. Unable to post pics on here.

Our apologies that there was a mis-understanding. We have since amended the title for the package purchased to make it more clear that this is an optional extra.
The text in the package purchased does explain this but we appreciate that not everyone reads the details:
Home back up is available for this system for either full house house via the Sigenergy Gateway together with the Gateway wiring package  or by utilising the EPS critical loads package. To add either of these options to your order, following payment of the deposit, notify our team along with the requested information that EPS set up is required so the cabling route can be checked and can be added to your order without VAT.
As explained, we don't include these costs as standard as not everyone wants it.
Unfortunately DNO's can take a long time to process applications which we have no control over. Some come through quickly, others take much longer, it's just how it is for everyone.

This is the third project with this client where ITS technologies have been the supplier. This site had particular logistics issue and Jonathan at ITS went above and beyond with the pre sale discussions to arrive at the best option for the client and 7.2KW system now installed and generating
