⚠️ My order has been shipped.
They contacted me and sent me the product. I hope everyone else has received their order as well
Once I receive the product, I will check whether it meets its description and functionality.
For now, I'll leave my first comment below before they contact me:
---------------------------------------
I backed a product on Kickstarter and paid $76 on December 11, 2025, but I have still not received the product.
I have tried multiple times to contact the campaign creator, but none of my messages have received any response. The complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating.
When checking the campaign page, I also noticed many other backers reporting the same issue in the comments - undelivered products and no replies from the creator.
This experience has been very disappointing and has made me lose trust in this campaign. I strongly advise people to be very cautious before supporting similar projects, especially when there is no transparency or communication from the creator.
I hope this issue will be addressed and that affected backers will receive either the promised product or a refund.

Impressed by the Comfort and Quality of Ivana Designs!
I have purchased several products from Ivana Designs, including the Alpha Pillow, Alpha Blanket, Alpha Towels, and Alpha Socks, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The comfort and quality of all the products are outstanding! The Alpha Pillow is incredibly supportive and comfortable, making a noticeable difference to my sleep. The Alpha Blanket I got few years ago still feels premium and cozy, no issues yet. The towels are soft, absorbent, and clearly made with high quality materials. My favorite is the Alpha Socks, they are extremely comfortable and feel durable for my everyday use.
Ivana Designs has really impressed me with the attention to comfort and product quality across their range. I would definitely recommend their products to anyone looking for premium everyday comfort.

SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS!! Dishonest product launched asking to pay in advance. Campaigns which are designed as a money grab. Delivered half my order only after months of chasing and being ignored via all communication channels. The remainder of my order is still missing although they asked me to pay for additional shipping fees and shipping insurance totalling over $260 alone. Careless and corrupt, SCAM!!

Best sponge ever!
All I have to say: don’t bother with any other sponge, these are the very best! They cut scrubbing time in half if not more and don’t scratch up any of your cookware.
Also, we are using their bath towels in our home. They are super soft and incredibly absorbent. I've had it for a little over a year now, and I can say it is the best towel I have had.
You don’t have to wash the towels every two days dry pretty quick, you might think they’re expensive but they’re very durable.

4 month old unfulfilled order, IvankaDesigns won't reply to anything
EDIT: In the end, I did get everything that I ordered. The towels specifically came in on March 25th, so nearly 4 months to the day after my initial order. I did bump my rating up to 3 stars instead of just 1, because the items are absolutely fantastic, and the owner took the time to reach out personally.
I had two orders with this company. One direct on their website, and one on Indiegogo via the platform's "Pledge Manager" service for completed projects that still have product available. This is important because I was not backing a project speculatively, but buying a finished project.
I emailed the company about my order that I placed directly on their website. I received quick and helpful respones. Until I mentioned I had yet to recevie my Indiegogo order, they asked for me to send them the order information, which I replied with a full page screenshot of my order. That was 3 months ago, and despite countless messages, I can not get anyone from Ivana Designs to reply to me or refund me or even just process my refund.

Hi Dolf,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and understand how concerning it can feel when you’re waiting for an order.
After reviewing your case, it appears that your shipping survey was completed on March 2nd, 2026. Without the completed shipping confirmation we are unfortunately unable to process and dispatch rewards, and our system had sent several reminders since we began shipping in December. It also appears that some of your previous emails may have been filtered into our bulk mailbox, which delayed our response, and we sincerely apologize for that.
We have now prioritized your case and confirmed your order details. Although the boat shipping method was originally selected, as a gesture of apology we have upgraded your shipment to air delivery so we can expedite your package. Please allow 1–3 days for your tracking number to be generated.
We truly value your support and patience and are excited for you to receive and experience your Ultra Pillow very soon. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at care@ivanadesigns.com and our team will be happy to help.

Infinity Sponge - durable, sustainable and eco-friendly!
What I love most about the Infinity Sponge is the fact that it’s eco-friendly and can be used to clean hot wares. As someone who espouses minimalism and owns limited cookware, this helps me immensely, since I often need to clean used, hot wares for their next use. The sponge is also quite sustainable and lasts longer than its market counterparts, making it worth the money invested. Highly recommended!

We love the Alpha Pillow 3D
The Alpha Pillow 3D has been an absolute game changer for our family! The comfort and support are outstanding, I’ve never slept better. It holds its shape beautifully and stays fresh night after night. The Ice Silk cover is wonderfully cool and silky to the touch, but I especially love the Silver Cotton Pillowcase for its soft, cozy feel. We own multiple products from Ivana Designs, and the quality has always been exceptional. Truly worth every penny, and I’m already excited for future products!

Great Experience
I ordered the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs because of its durability, odor resistance, and eco-friendliness. The product itself performs well , it stays fresh much longer than regular sponges and is noticeably more durable.
Initially, the shipping cost to Germany seemed too high, so I contacted their customer service. To my surprise, they responded promptly with a reasonable shipping option and arranged for the package to be sent from their local warehouse. Thanks to that, I didn’t have to pay any customs fees, as everything was handled in advance. Overall, I had a great experience with Ivana Designs both the product and the support team exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs and have been thoroughly impressed with both the product and the overall experience. The sponge is exceptionally well-made, with a clear emphasis on durability and functionality.
The customer service provided by Ivana Designs was commendable. My package showed a delay, upon contacting their support team, I was informed that the original shipment had not been picked up by FedEx. However, once the issue was identified, they promptly reshipped my order at no additional cost.
Throughout the process, communication was timely, courteous, and professional. Aside from the initial shipping delay, the experience was handled with care and efficiency, and I greatly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I've tried a lot of different home essentials over time, but the Infinity Sponge from Ivana Designs truly stands out, it's easily one of my favorite finds! It’s durable, eco-friendly, and works better than anything I’ve used before. I even gave some as gifts, and my friends absolutely loved them too. It's clear that a lot of care goes into every product.
