I've ordered the 3D pillow, I've ordered the silver bed sheets! I'm 100% pleased with them. Timely delivery great quality products I can't find anywhere else. A great innovative company!
For a small company, they really are making big strides and pushing industry standards.
Fantastic products that actually have masses of research and technology to back the prices. You are not paying for a label or gimmicks.
I have a couple of the pillows. They are top notch. Sleep is a necessity not to be scrimped on.
The silver fibres really do make the pillow feel fresh and clean for much longer. Quality is on par with the best. It is too early to comment on longevity yet, but the shape holds and really comfortable.
In the future I will be looking to purchase the full bed set. It will be an investment!
They really do deserve more recognition than they get. Customer services seem to be a small friendly team who sorted a shipping query ASAP.

Everything I ordered was delivered on time and it was all beyond my expectations.
My husband has been having trouble to sleep and waking up with pain around his shoulders and neck but the pillow we purchased from Ivana designs is what everyone should have. He now sleeps comfortably and easily, no more pain and he is happy going to bed.
The socks are the best. No sweat or smell and feel soft/smooth on the skin.
I enjoy using the infinity sponge. It leaves the dishes sparkly clean. It doesn’t have any smell, very long lasting.

Hey everyone! I’ve backed four projects from Ivana Designs, including the Alpha Pillow 3D, Infinity Sponge, Alpha Towel, and Alpha Pure Silver Socks, and I’m happy to report that all of them arrived right on time, exactly as they promised.
When one of the Alpha Pillows arrived deflated, I reached out to customer service, and they went above and beyond in handling the issue promptly and responsibly replacing it at no extra cost. It’s frustrating to see harsh accusations against the company, especially when my experience has been so positive.
I encourage anyone to form their opinion based on personal interaction with Ivana Designs rather than hearsay, their products and service truly stand out.

Great stuff, maybe they could get more customer service agents though?
My first experience with Ivana Designs products was a few years ago when a friend gifted me some of their socks, which were easily some of if not the highest quality I've ever had. I later backed Alpha Pillow 3D on Indiegogo at the beginning of the year and got it a few months later after submitting my survey, and I'm very satisfied with that too. These are unique products with serious thought and effort into designs and quality, and will definitely be enjoyable for years to come.
Looking at a lot of the negative reviews, they don't seem to have much to do with the products, but that they aren't getting the items at all for reasons related to the crowdfunding systems. I've always been pretty skeptical of those sites, since they say right as you pledge that items aren't guaranteed. There's also the whole can of worms with money moving from company to company during the process, and surveys getting sent but not received, etc. All in all from what I know about crowdfunding campaigns, there are quite a few things that could lead to a backer not getting their rewards, even when the company is 100% legit and working in good faith.
Personally, I HIGHLY recommend placing orders directly through the company website instead. From what I've seen, Ivana Designs is NOT a big operation, and you should be much easier to spot as a customer through that platform.

Doubles the shipping costs of any product
Backer 1701 of Infinity Sponge.
A dishonest company that makes millions of dollars off the backs of uninformed people. It constantly and suddenly doubles the shipping costs of any product after the product has been purchased, blackmailing the buyer with only two options:
- either give up the product and not even get a refund, thus losing the money
- pay double the shipping costs and get the product (maybe, and late)
They are doing everything they can to try to clean up their image on the internet, deleting comments, cleaning up reviews, etc., but we honest consumers are more numerous and more aggressive. Now, thanks to AI, it is very easy to find out who is corrupt, and anyone who doesn't trust them just needs to do some thorough research. Incidentally, it often dishonestly mentions “over 30 crowdfunding projects,” but anyone can do the math, and there are far fewer (13 if you count those published on multiple sites, because otherwise there would be only 9 products).
I would also like to know why, after so many commercial successes (according to you), there are no well-known or important creators in the sector of those specific products who have reviewed or talked about them, but only advertising clips and pre-packaged videos.
There are many honest companies out there; you just have to start behaving honestly and legally.

Purchased over $469 of product and never received either the shipping confirmation nor evidently the product in over a year. They never responded to e-mails sent through their webpage, LinkedIn, KickStarter, etc. Total scam.
UPDATE: After some weeks of me posting here, I was contacted and finally (over a year later) I got the product. I am updating the stars to 3 because I did like the products and once they contacted me they were responsive.

Ivana designs dragged out their product…
Ivana designs dragged out their product and did not admit challengings for their kickstarter is taking longer than they thought for a simple pillow even though they ran many kickstarters in the past. People prepaid for shipping and they decide since project took too long to charge customer again for shipping AND pay for their 3rd party vendor to handle orders. Still waiting for my add-on orders and customer service keeps assuring me after six months they are working on it while they are running another kickstarter. Please do not give this company money if they are going to treat old customers this way.

Finally got my leg pillow after asking for it for six months or so. I lost track of all the employees who kept quitting at the company and stopped responding.
I ordered from Ivana Designs three times prior but I am sorry they messed this up and ignored us and focused on new projects instead. Not keeping us updated, charging shipping and handling after we pre-paid for shipping, and ignoring add-ons for six more months is uncalled for. Sorry, you lost an otherwise lifelong customer with your greed.

Backer # 260 in Kickstarter.
As previous review this company promised a guaranteed delivery in November 2024 on their campaign.
Now January 9th 2025 and still no update if they are going to deliver. Charged exorbitant shipping fee due to Christmas holiday. Strangely, shipping fee didn’t come down now it’s past the holiday rush.
Good thing I have contacted my credit card and reported them in time.

Please note that crowdfunding pledges are not traditional online store purchases with guaranteed 1–2 day shipping. When pledging on Kickstarter, backers agree to support a creative project in development, with the understanding that timelines may shift and fulfillment is dependent on the production process. This is outlined clearly in Kickstarter’s Terms of Use, which emphasize that pledges are a way to support creators in bringing projects to life, not a guaranteed retail transaction.

this is a scam company
this is a scam company, do not buy from them. Backed them on Kickstarter, they charge $30 for shipping a sponge and then ghost you.
_edit:_ their campaign surely said shipping is not included. But they did not include any information how large shipping will be. Both is very unprofessional.
Then shipping is as much as the product - a small sponge, not yet considering, that also customs and VAT is added. For less than $30 shipping I got full grown backpacks shipped to me. They do argue _I_ could provide them with better shipping, but a refund? Not possible! The processing has happened and there is nothing they can do! 5 E-Mails back and forth, that border AI generated content because most of them are about how great their products are instead of trying to help.
Then dead silence mid of conversation. Reported to KIckstarter (January 8, after 3 weeks of dead silence). Wrote this entry here (January 9). Suddenly on January 10 a refund _is_ possible.
So, this score here was necessary and is important for others to know and will stay. Also with just one star and I still think without this I would have stayed ghosted and lost my money, which I would consider trying to scam people and try to get through with that.
This is even more the case when after over half a year I get notified my evaluation here needs more details and is otherwise considered as not having happened and being retracted. At the same time the answer here mainly talks about how awesome the company is and not addressing issues. This was also the case for all interactions.
Sure in general I have not yet found a solution for a more sustainable sponge. But I would never recommend to use this company.

Kickstarter scam for silver sponges Campaign ended Oct 2024, least update Dec. 8, 2024. No product and they made off with more than $200,000!! Kickstarter doesn't seem to react because I see in this list of reviews that they did a previous scam on Kickstarter for pillows and also one on Indigogo...

Today I received an email from Trustpilot stating that IvanaDesigns might not recognize my review as genuine if I don't respond. I find this hard to believe, as our business took place a year ago, but I welcome the chance to re-iterate my point of view.
I DO NOT TRUST IVANA DESIGNS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, EITHER THROUGH KICKSTARTER OR THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.
My rating for them:
COMPANY: 0.5 Star (1/2 star for persistence)
PRODUCT: 0.5 Star (1/2 star because it is not bad looking... Sponge does not soak up liquid, just pushes it around. I don't use it so I don't know about the rotten smell but other backers from Kickstarter complained that it stinks just like any other sponge that didn't cost $23 each plus shipping!)
I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE LEGITIMACY OF IVANA DESIGNS GO TO KICKSTARTER AND READ THE COMMENTS SECTIONS IN ALL OF THEIR PROJECTS.
My experience: This Kickstarter project has 3,576 backers that pledged $219,207 in 2024 to help bring this project to life. There are 1401 comments for this project, almost all of them complaining that product didn't arrive, or about the lousy customer service. As backers, the overwhelming consensus is that we were ripped off. Many complained to Kickstarter, myself included. We all got the same generic response.
I was so annoyed that Kickstarter did nothing to stop this blatant scamming that I looked up all of the projects that Ivana Designs has held on Kickstarter and found that the scam has been the same through multiple projects. I copy/pasted all of the amounts somewhere in the comment section of the Kickstarter project. Soon afterwards they shipped me my sponges.
IVANA DESIGNS has made hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars on Kickstarter AND EVERY PROJECT COMMENT SECTION IS FULL OF COMPLAINING BACKERS. There is a new project that just ended in July of 2025, so it looks like they are still going. ...
I decided not to participate in any more projects on Kickstarter because of their lack of due diligence in protecting their clients.

Buyer Beware
Constant delays on getting their pillows out, they were a far cry from what was advertised, Shipping fees + an additional fees to the 3rd party fulfillment company they use were about double what they should've been. I'm still missing the pillowcases I paid for as an add-on with no update on them aside from saying they would ship separately. It's been two months since then.
Update: took about half a year for them to send out the pillow case. Not before charging shipping that is easily double what it would've been via a place like pirateship.
Pillows are still crappy at being cooling pillows. That's what happens when you use memory foam over latex foam or other options. Memory foam reflects body heat and does not work effectively as a cooling pillow.

The pillow is nothing like it was advertized
The campaign was a year later than promised. I finally receive my pillow, but it is nothing like advertized. It is just memory foam with a few diamond indentions. The campaign made it look like the lattice would be separate and add softness to it. That is the reason I backed this. Based on the videos, it was supposed to have cushion on top of the memory foam. It is way to hard and uncomfortable. I let my wife try it, and she said it was too hard to sleep on. So now it is just laying at the foot of the bed. This was an expensive lesson to not back anything that isn't from a verified legitimate source.
I don't understand why it took more than a year if all they were going to do is stamp out memory foam. There is no '3D design'. I don't see any cooling gel, air cells, or diamond lattice 'zero pressure' overlay. Their video shows an egg not being able to break. No egg would survive the pressure test. There is no 'individual diamond cell'. It is just diamond indents into the memory foam.
This whole campaign was a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

- Diamond lattice: The lattice fully covers the pillow as advertised, not just a few indentations. You can compare this directly with our project page for Alpha Pillow 3D Cloud Sleep. Your claim is incorrect.
- Memory foam layers: The pillow uses foams of varying density to create what we call Cloud Softness, a level of comfort and pressure relief not found in standard memory pillows.

- Production timeline: We were transparent throughout the process, posting multiple updates with images and videos of the engineering challenges and solutions. Complex products like the Alpha Pillow 3D, which was the world’s first of its kind, naturally involved a learning curve to perfect. You can review all updates here for reference.
- Adjustment period: For some users who are accustomed to traditional pillows, it can take some time (most reported 1-2 weeks) for the body to adjust to the different ergonomic support. Many backers report that once they adjust, their neck and back benefit significantly.

Money grab with no care for customer satisfaction
Slow to zero reaction to customer complaints.
Thier shipping costs were up to 85% of the cost of the item with no other option but to pay essentially double.
Mind you its a pillow, it is not large, not heavy and does not need insuarance; just a scam to get more money...

Don't buy
When I backed an offer on Kickstarter, shipping was included in the price and estimated in the budget. Now, after more than a year of delays, they’re asking me to pay an additional $162 in shipping—more than the cost of the product itself! This is unacceptable. Their actions are dishonest, and it's clear they’re taking advantage of their customers.

Your purchase was made through a crowdfunding platform, which differs from a traditional online store where products are shipped within 1–2 business days. Crowdfunding is about innovation, and with it often come unknowns and challenges during development and fulfillment.
Shipping costs were never charged during the Kickstarter campaign nor through the post-campaign survey. In every reward tier, we explicitly stated that shipping fees would be charged separately at the time of fulfillment. The only estimates you may have seen during fulfillment were provided by Easyship based on your location. Our team has also been available to provide direct shipping quotes through our warehouse (as we have done in previous campaigns), and we have shared package dimensions and weights for backers wishing to arrange their own shipping solutions.
We have always worked to accommodate a wide range of shipping needs while remaining transparent throughout the development of the Alpha Pillow 3D. This was our first-ever 3D pillow, and while unexpected delays did occur, we chose to prioritize quality and uphold the high standards we are known for rather than compromise.
To date, we have successfully fulfilled 30+ crowdfunding projects, and we truly hope you will soon experience our products firsthand and see the craftsmanship and quality we stand behind.

Don’t buy from this company, they are scam artists!!
Don’t buy from this company, they steal your money and don’t ship your stuff and if they ship they ask way too much for the shipping cost. The pillow’s i bought cost 100$ each (bought 2) and they ask 200$ shipping cost. This is a scam company. Think again before you buy.
