Looking for a one bedroom flat in Kingston had been a daunting endeavour. With the excellent help and advice from Clare and Bobby at Ivy Gate, we have gotten just the place we wanted. They are a pleasure to work with, caring, great communication. Five stars!

Ivy Gate made the difference for us in selling a slightly tricky property in a slightly tricky market (which another agent had previously struggled to sell). Why was that? I'd attribute it to two main things: first their knowledge of and contacts within our local market were very strong; and second, they approached the task professionally and with great energy and enthusiasm. This really made a difference.
They prepared everything in advance, so the day we were able to press the button marked 'Go' they were ready and began viewings almost immediately. They secured a suitable offer very quickly and they also stayed with us during what turned out to be a slightly protracted process with a few bumps along the way (for legal reasons, nothing to do with them).
