Tried to do a viewing with Tennisons and they proceeded to not turn up. Upon calling was blamed by the receptionist for missing a call with them whilst I was on the tube to the appointment with no signal…..no voicemail left or email sent. Absolutely obnoxious to deal with and a waste of time. Will be dealing/have dealt with better agents in the area.

I had a really stressful property purchase- but I cant fault Tennisons and specifically Peter Gilbert for doing their best to keep the purchase going. Peter was very proactive and kept me updated - better than my solicitor! He was very pleasant and quick to answer my queries and propose potential solutions. Im now finally in and very grateful to Peter for his professionalism and support.

Great real estate agent and personalised service. They were very helpful. I definitely recommend this agent. Once I purchased the property I went away for the Xmas break. In my absence the owner went to the property to check everything was ok during the cold snap to ensure the pipes hadn’t frozen over on a Sunday . Peter and Angela were fantastic .

I have mainly dealt with Aubrey who has always been fantastic and only ever so helpful. He can’t do enough to make sure everything happens on time and in an orderly way. Securing our rental was such a seamless experience with Aubrey. After relocating from Australia, navigating the rental market was tough and I visited 10+ properties with agents who were unsure of referencing requirements and lacked professionalism. He was super clear and communicative.

The viewing was very professional and quickly arranged. Aubrey showed the place with care and answered all my questions. I appreciated him giving the extra time until the next day to submit the application, due to a concurrent viewing.
The process of renewing the rental contract was straightforward, easy and done in a matter of a week. Tennison was always responsive. They showed care, by leaving the certificates and instructions for the houseware, so that I could find spare parts on the market if something broke. They conducted the yearly checks of gas and alarms without any input from my side. They also quickly arranged and informed me of new fire-proof doors and detectors in the property, and a fast fix of a leaking sink.
I cannot but thank Tennison and Aubrey for the fantastic continuous assistance and cordiality throughout 3 years!
