Tennison Property Reviews

I’ve been a very happy client of Tennison property for 7 years - first as a landlord and more recently as a seller. Tennison has unparalleled local knowledge and operates with the highest level of integrity and great client service, which means doing what’s right for both sides - and saying it as it is - even if it’s not what you want to hear. They have been able to secure great tenants and rent levels in line with the market and I’ve had a total of ~10 days without tenants over the 7 years. I recently decided to sell the property, and the sales team turned out to be just as competent - they helped find a buyer in a tricky market - within the timescales I was looking for and have been super supportive and responsive throughout the sales process. Tennison is a great choice if you rate genuinely local knowledge over lofty rent/sales price promises and glossy brochures (although their advertising material is great too!). Big thank you to the team - and in particular Mohammad, Abby and Aubrey.

The company manages my property for 15y and provides an excellent and proactive service on all tasks, be it new tenant search, maintenance, inspections, reports and paperwork. Friendly team, quick response. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of meeting Aubrey through our recent tenancy. Aubrey, Abby and the team at Tennison are incredibly kind and professional, provide great service and a had a wealth of knowledge to offer on the local area...lots of great tips provided!

Any problems that arose were handled with urgency and detail and we are very appreciative of their help in resolving matters. Would certainly recommend them!!

I have been using Tennison Property as my managing agents for over 10 years now. They never fail to go above and beyond in any way they can to assist. On a recent visit to the UK they made a huge effort to ensure that everything I needed at my flat was available. Their response time is super fast and their service is always excellent. Every team member is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their properties.

Tennison have been so friendly and efficient since we’ve moved into our property! Any issues we’ve had, Aubrey and the team have been so quick to respond and rectify anything

We are so delighted to have the smooth and efficient completion of the purchase of our new home with Tennison property. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. We definitely appreciated their excellent services.

Tennison recently sold a property for me. Everything they did from start to finish was Extremely professional. The staff knew what they were doing and were friendly and efficient at all times when dealing with me. They were quick and responsive in dealing with everything that was presented to them. Would use them again if needed to.

They are excellent at managing buildings and are always prompt and quick to fix issues. Their plumber David was excellent today, he performed a great effort and very clean job at fixing bath. David has a good sense of responsibility and very well discipline at his trade. This is also true for Tennison Property agency as well. They are the best in Wimbledon Chase area.

I was very impressed and everyone was so helpful especially Peter I would highly recommend your company. Who ever I spoke to that you had dealt with in the pass agreed. Thank you.

Purchased my first property through Tennison's and had a very positive experience, highly recommended.

Bought and sold a property with Tennison's. Highly recommend them.

We bought our new property through Peter, who was professional and helpful throughout. Angela was great and conducted with our initial valuation as well as viewings etc. The team were great at communicating and keeping us up to date, with all matters related to both the sale and the purchase.

What stands out with the Tennison's team, is that they do what they say they will and are pleasant to deal with.

March and Bloom have clients in common with Tennison's. We have found this agency to be the utmost professionals.

I’ve used Tennisons to let my properties time and time again over the last 7 years. I’ve mostly dealt with Aubrey who has always given first class, sound advice.

Nothings been too much trouble, things are followed through properly and he’s helped with finding new, reliable tenants, helping with queries and generally been very supportive.

Can highly recommend Tennisons.

We found a very satisfactory house in a pretty short time, Muhammad and his team were patient and efficient. It was impressive to see how helpful the whole team was throughout the process and how grateful they were for resolving any problems that arose later in the stay. They are a lovely team with a great sense of humour.

Tennison were very helpful in arranging a short term apartment rental for us (as tenants). Aubrey and Abby were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company

The team at Tennison Property is superb! I have been with Tennyson Property since 2014, the entire team have a positive attitude and always work proactively to resolve any problem, I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent

The agency dealt very well with our property when it was let. Organising the various payments as we live abroad. the sale of the property went through well with the recommendation of a very good solicitor.

I have been with Tennison Property for almost 7 years now. They are proactive, friendly and a joy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

Adequate provision as an estate agent, with the exception of not meeting their legal safety requirements. Two employees in particular however were unpleasant to deal with on the phone: condescending, constantly interrupting, and rude. One of these employees gave inaccurate information regarding the tenancy agreement on the phone.

Mark is lovely - if Tennison are your estate agents I hope your interactions are with him.

Tennison has been the most professional agency I have every dealt with. Aubrey was helpful at every step of the way from checking in the flat till the day we left the flat. Tennison attended our needs as tenant to best of their abilities and any problems with the flat was quickly fixed through their online reporting. I highly recommend their services.
