Tennison Property Reviews

Tennison have been wonderful throughout my entire time living at one of their properties. A wonderful gift basket of some essentials and some comforts was waiting for us from Tennison’s when we arrived.

The team at Tennison were friendly and diligent and extremely helpful. They kept up a positive attitude despite the fact that I kept having to cancel appointments dude to work! Abby and the team were great and I'm glad to be in the neighbourhood. Thanks guys!

Tennison Property has been so much help to me in letting my Pimlico property - Aubrey, Mohammad and Angela have always gone the extra mile, and I consider them friends. Recently Aubrey has worked his magic, finding me a new tenant and also helping my daughter sell her flat - I can't thank him enough for all the time and trouble he has taken on our behalf

Aubrey has been absolutely amazing throughout the process, he has made what could have been stressful so simple and we achieved the selling price I had hoped for. So a big thank you from me!

I have used Tennison’s for as long as I can remember, since they first appeared in Wimbledon Chase as I have a rental property just round the corner. They have always been polite, efficient and honest, which is something you can’t usually say about an estate agent. We love dealing with them and really can’t recommend them highly enough. Their team is small which means you actually get a personal experience, rather than with some of the bigger agents passed from person to person.

We highly recommend Tennison and Aubrey in particular. Aubrey has been extremely supportive and whilst our transaction was quite rocky (because of our solicitor), Abrey has done brilliantly to coordinate with all parties. 5* for the service!

Angela and Abby are extremely helpful, efficient and professional in helping us to rent a stunning apartment in Wimbledon. Even we are not in UK yet, everything is handled smoothly. We highly recommend their services to you.

Truly amazing agency .

In general they provide friendly honest and approachable service, would definitely recommend to others.

Tennison have looked after my rental property for over 3 years now, and I have had a fantastic experience with them. Attentive, responsive, well organised and just the service you want from a local agent, rather than the anonymity and hands off approach of larger firms. Would 100% recommend.

I have always admired Tennison Property's ability to assist with ease and especially with in timing constraints.

Their properties are always well maintained and their friendly etiquette is second to none.

I have used Tennisons in two of my rental agreements and to be quite honest in SW20 their is no better Agent.

Thanks to Aubrey , Abbey and the team for assisting me with my rental procedures.

This team is always available to assist and therefore I would gladly provide them with my 5*Star Rating.

Keep up the good work and all the best.

The management and staff of Tennison Property has over more than a decade assisted me in regard to the letting of a property in Wimbledon Chase, London. The service provided has been, without exception, reliable, informed, customer friendly and (something of a rarity these days) honest. I value their professionalism. Brian.

Abby was great in helping us secure our rental property!

Excellent service as usual. Rochelle is efficient in dealing with maintenance queries, making life easier for us.

Both Abby and Aubrey have been very accommodating and helpful during the changing of tenancy process, particularly given that some members of our household have not been the most responsive. They have been very patient and understanding, and have helped get everything sorted as soon as possible. They communicated clearly what needed to be done and let us sort out a lot of it between ourselves which made things easier. Always easy to get hold of and happy to help :)

Amazing! Aubrey was so helpful!

Excellent service. Highly recommended.
