I would be very careful using this company you can be a customer for years have paid off a number of loans and still reject because you made a complaint to them about the service you received. And will change stories if you call different times. Just so people know 10k loan 4k interest keep that in mind

Very quick and efficient

Equifax took 200 off my credit score only because I applied with this company. Because of them being categorised as non bank or non regulated or something like this. Avoid them.

Paid out my loan with these guys for 5k, payments were always timely. Even did an early payout.
After that finalisation I applied for another loan with them and got knocked back. Rang to discuss and I was told it was because I missed a payment on my continuous credit loan I have with another crediting agency. Despite being timely and catching up and explaining circumstances I was told it has deemed me ineligible.

I don't think their credit reviewers have a sense of reality for the majority of Australians. They market themselves as "easygoing" and "considerate", but they are no different to banks.

Mind you, the interest on their loans is exorbitant anyway. And they don't reward customers for ongoing loyalty. It's all black and white with these reptilians in suits. Avoid. .

Does not value old customer, loan rejected for $3000, I don’t think they are that good. Matt from jacaranda used my mobile number to message on their mobile number to invite me to make a loan with them. When I applied for $3000 my loan got rejected on the same day. 2 years ago roughly I paid my loan in full to them, I have a stable job as a nurse and just needed the educational help but they didn’t consider that in full and just an automated email by nunia saying my loan has been rejected, for records sake,I have no problems with repaying debts whatsoever.
That is fine, I can go somewhere else, anyway this finance company has one of the highest interested rates for a personal loan!
Just go somewhere else.

Their website is very user-friendly! They constantly update you as well. I love that the repayments are very affordable. Would definitely recommend! ☺️
