Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality was appalling—cheap fabric, poorly made, badly stitched, and it didn't fit according to the sizing provided. It also arrived with no tags, making it look nothing like a genuine retail product.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. For days I repeatedly emailed and called, and every attempt to contact them was ignored. There was no assistance, no response, and no accountability.
With no other option, I paid out of my own pocket to return the dress via Australia Post all the way back to India. Only after I had already returned the item did I finally receive an email from the company.
Based on my experience, this business appears to have no genuine commitment to customer service or fair treatment of customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. The product was nothing like advertised, the quality was unacceptable, and the after-sales support was virtually non-existent. Consumers deserve far better than this.

The sweater arrived on time. Material feels soft. Size was slightly larger than expected but customer service helped with the exchange.
Customer support responded promptly and helped resolve my issue without any hassle. I appreciated their helpful and professional service.
My experience was terrible the quality is very bad, the clothes doesn’t look like the photos and the return policies are very bad you have to pay for shipping and also they want 30$ for each item that you return and the take 3 o 4 weeks to refund your money.
I need to return a dress that is completely different I email and they never answer.
Really terrible quality and nothing looks like the photos.
I never have this problem buying online products.

When requested a refund they wanted to charge me return postage ( to India ) when they market themselves as being a Sydney boutique but they wanted to charge me a $30 per garment re stocking fee
Something I’ve never heard of and I shop online a lot
They would also not refund me for my garments
Be cautious with this online company they are a scam
Order took 3 weeks to get here, I thought I was buying from the store in Jack and Zoe Sydney instead it came out of India. I then received 2 dresses and I needed a different size so I needed to return it at my cost which was $45 overseas return postage.
Now i need to wait another 3 weeks to receive dress. I will never buy from this site again.

find that a Jack & Zoe Sydney sale was actually a jumper coming from China. It took close to 2 weeks to arrive when I was under the impression it was coming from Sydney because they were having a moving sale!!!

Nothing handmade about this product sizing is smaller than expected and the finish is absolute crap.
It is Not an Australian company as products t was shipped from China and took several weeks to appear - paid $100 expecting a quality hand knitted jumper instead got a mass produced acrylic piece of crap

I’m disappointed with the fabric/quality. Yes they were on sale. But they are not thicker winter coats - I’ll still have to wear a puffer jacket. Which defeats the point of me spending money on a nice coat. I went back and there were no material details - that should’ve given me the clue that they were thin cheap polyester - almost cotton jackets.

So difficult to get a refund. They charge $30 restocking fee plus international postage even though they say they don't on their "refund policy". I thought I was buying from an Australian Co, but it is in India. Their "Contact us" does not submit and they don't answer the Australian phone number listed.

Ordered a winter coat for a trip to Europe in the waiter later this year. Cost was on sale, looked like good quality - what’s not to love! Well quite a lot really! The coat arrived and was not as per the pic on the website, it was thin and poor quality, what you would imagine from SHEIN. I had pre read the the returns section to check it was a local return. When I emailed the company they requested lots of photos of the item. I fr lined as had already repacked it up ready to return. They offered me a 20% refund to not return the item otherwise so would need to pay $30 “restocking fee” and send the item to an address in India! This is super misleading on their website as they cite a warehouse in Surry Hills in Sydney and the company is called “Jack and Zoe Sydney!” They are posing as a Aussie brand but don’t be fooled and don’t buy anything from
These guys it’s a scam. After lots of tooing and froing with the company they upped their offer slowly to 50% refund and no return, even offering to pick something else off their crappy website - no thanks! I have filed a chargeback with my back and wanted to warn others to not touch this company!

This company is claiming to be in Sydney, Australia and the wharehouse there. I bought a dress that was meant to be made of luxurious suede looked really nice in the photos it arrived and is not suede and is also made very cheaply something from shein. I contacted the company and said its not made of suede and it was also too big and the seams weren't raised like the photos either and that I wanted a refund. The dress cost $89.95 they said i would have to send it back to India so now international package fees and there would be a $30 restocking fee or i could keep it and get a partial refund of 20%. Back and forth as im not happy with that as I loose out when the dress doesnt match what is on the site or the description. They are now offering 45% refund and that's their final offer. Either way I loose money for the companies false advertising. Also I should add that I said i would return it to the Australian address as that was were I was mislead to buying it from and then I want a full refund to which was denied so I replied with I would said it to India for a full refund and they said i would still need to pay yhe restocking fee and I wouldnt get a refund for 4 to 5 weeks. They kept pushing me to keep the item which is useless and get a partial refund. People should know what they are getting.
