Placed an order and they took my money 12/30/21. Haven't received order and they will not respond to any correspondence after 12 attempts.

As the others have expressed, I ordered several packets of seeds. I have not received my order. Jacks Seeds will not respond to my emails. I inquired what to do with the USDA. They responded immediately with the requirements a seed company from China must have in order to ship to the U.S. I’m sure they don’t have the proper certifications needed. They also referred me to the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service. I wrote to them inquiring what to do with the seeds should I ever receive them. I would not want to plant those seeds in our soil. Who knows what’s in them. I also notified my credit card company and filed a dispute. They immediately refunded my money. They said they would investigate. If they don’t hear anything from Jacks Seeds, the refund will stay with me. I want nothing to do with the fake company. Shame on them.

Like everyone else on here I ordered seeds in December. It is now February and I have not received my items. They say they ship quickly and that is clearly false advertising. This is a scam and they should be looked into which laws they are breaking (Consumer protection laws) .

you should only find a website , email , and phone No related to Algeria .
no staff, no admin name , no company or office location, really some thing wrong ,

I can’t give a lower rating. They are based out of China and they know it is illegal to ship Ag products to the US. I didn’t check close enough to the location. I ordered pumpkin seeds and they were confiscated at the Miami international airport. They refuse to discuss the situation with me especially a refund. I lived there for many years I should have known to always check where something is shipping. They cannot and I mean cannot be trusted with anything.

I got also something else than I ordered. Probably mustard seeds, but for sure not the rhubarb seeds that I ordered. From outside China there is nothing to do about it, even from within China they get away with it, because their system is corrupt as hell. I hope that Evergrande will be their long and very painful lesson not to cheat.

Just like everyone else, got completely ripped off.... Spent 125 dollars, got multiple emails saying everything is coming, got shipping updates that said itwas coming. Never came. then they told me no refund because it's been too long. wtffffff.

I can give them zero , I had an order since six months and it didn’t arrive and no one reply to my emails.
Stay away from this website, they are stealing people money.

I ordered Wasabi seeds. It said delivery time was like 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months and I gave up an them an ordered elsewhere. The tracking said it was still in China. I unsubscribed from their overwhelming email advertisements then I received an envelope from Etsy and it was Wasabi Mustard which is not what I ordered. I would suggest that you do not order from them.

Its a scam. I ordered something, it hasnt arived for more than 2 monts, noone is replying to my comlaints. They obviously just have a catalogue so you can choose how much money you want to be stolen from you. Someone needs to sue them. They shouldnt be able to get away with this.

Believe all the negative reviews.
This company implies they are in the Midwest US but they are in China. The seeds took months to arrive. They sent plain yellow marigold seed for the French pink & blue marigolds. They sent portulaca for the teddy bear sunflowers. The pink foxtail was green grass. The escargot green coleus did not germinate. The silver dollar eucalyptus was some kind eucalyptus, but not silver. I asked for a refund or the correct seeds, but haven’t received an answer yet.

scam. no order delivery. stole money. no email reply. fake phone number.
I feel sorry for this NY company that China bought the name and website from.

Believe all the negative reviews. Been waiting for an order for 3 months. Nothing. Filing a request for refund through my credit card company. Had I have known they were coming from China, I’d would have never ordered.

It’s not surprising their website does not offer opportunity to leave a review.

They ARE A SCAM.

I placed an order in May have not received it. Tracked it to California last of June it has not moved from the sorting house. I have emailed them many times asking for a refund And have received no response.

Giving one star is too high rate for Jackseeds. Firstly, they are cheating the buyers. I bought an items since long time and haven't received them yet. They even didn't respond to my repeated emails. I Wil ever, never deal with is sush cheating store.

Jack’s seeds is not American farmer. My seeds came from China. Took sooooo long to receive. Because it came all the way from China.

I would never order from this fraudulent seller. They took this picture of my Mora villosa from my Flickr photos and are using it to sell Moraea iridioides I would never order from this fraudulent seller. The United States department of agriculture needs to investigate this seller. They could be sending invasive or dangerous species.

Don't waste your money.

Complete hoax. I placed my order the start of June, 2021 and to date (July 31, 2021), still have not received my order...a little late for planting seeds now. I would highly discourage ordering from this company.

Received our seeds 2 months after they were ordered . We really gave up hope that they would even come.
Don’t be naive and expect to get Blue Chrysanthemum Marigold seeds. They are yellow. Just like a normal marigold.
Also purchased the blue dahlia seeds. We received multicolor zinnia seeds.
Very disappointing! Don’t waste your time and money.

Scam Chinese company it took months to receive seeds from China. Do not order from them.
