We don’t Recommend them
Less than a year ago we used Jackson movers for a cross state move. The damage caused to our new property and our personal property was submitted to them. Over and over. Honestly they wore us out. We ended up paying for all the damage ourselves. Communication was horrible about payment and ended up paying a penalty for using a credit card since they refused a personal check. When called the sales agent who sold us on Jackson, he wanted nothing to do with us. We sent photos, got pushed from one supervisor to another. It stopped being worth our time or aggravation. Just don’t even use them. Their estimates come in low. But not worth the less than competent service. Maybe if we kept fighting we may have been compensated, but not worth it for a maybe. Damage is damage. There should not be a fight. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
