Return customer. Extremely disappointed with second purchase. Ordered a Mini Boss Cross (Plain) (8 to 10 weeks shipping quote) Dec 2 2025. Reached out Jan 30 because I received zero updates. I was then quoted a 2-3 week ETA ship from Braden Homec. Reached out second time Feb 26 2026 because still nothing and it was closing on 4 additional weeks. Not surprised when I received a response to my second inquiry - again disappointing - "Thank you for your email. We are finishing your Mini Boss Cross. We do ETA shipping within 2 weeks. Thanks!" . Keep in mind all my inquiries were professional in nature but also expressed concern as I have been waiting on an item, intended to be a gift, way past the quoted ship time. Delays can happen, but if you requote a ship time frame, adhere to it or update/refund the customer. Do not x3 requote when you are unable to meet your own expectations. It only contributes to an even further decline in customer satisfaction. Will no longer be purchasing from a jeweler that cannot satisfy the timelines they advertise, regardless if the pieces are nice quality. I might add, I am not the only customer that has experienced this. If you are on Instagram, take a look at the customer comments below his advertisement videos of his pieces as proof. If JACOJE continues this type of business practice, they leave themselves vulnerable to lawsuits on the basis of violating the FTCs Mail Order Rule (false advertisement with a failure to notify customers). Many customers have already filed disputes with their cc/dc companies as some are waiting 6 to 12 months outside of expected ship times.

Bought a in stock rope chain from him on December 13th 2025 I was excited for it , his website says it will ship 2 days, 2 days pass by I emailed him asking when will it ship , Branden says he will ship my rope chain out next week , next week passes by i ask him a update on my order , he says we having delayes it will ship out in 3-5 business days , then 5 business days come to pass and still didn't ship out , I ask him again whats going on with my 6 GRAND ROPE CHAIN PURCHASE , he says we will ship out next week having delays , you get the point , he's doing a runaround , so today is January 16th 2026 , its been over a month and he still didn't ship it out , so I emailed him if I dont get my chain by this week ama need a refund and after I sent him that email he promised me ill get my chain on my neck by that week , so I waited and then he sent a email saying will ship today you will receive fedex tracking number by 1pm , so I got a email saying he shipped it and it only said he created a label on it but fedex didn't receive the package yet , so I waited another day for it to update , and it still didn't update , so I emailed him whats going on and he said we made a error we will ship the chain out separately from the jacoje jewelry box because we didn't receive the rope chain in yet , so I got tired of his bs and asked for a refund , I got my refund back but what I think he's doing is borrowing customers money to buy from his seller at that gold price you purchased from and then keeps you waiting and waiting until you get so tired of it and when the gold price is up he wants you to cancel your order and get a refund for him to sell it for a higher price , dont ever buy from him he keeps lying about when he will ship and you will be waiting forever until you ask for a refund , learn from me real talk , buy from hawaii rope chains instead he will ship right away.

I was a first time buyer and chose Jacoje based on his online reputation. My order was flagged as fraudulent. They communicated with me for almost 2 weeks about my purchase, saying it would process and ship soon, until finally reminding me about an identity verification email I never responded to. So I verified my identity, and I heard nothing from Jacoje for almost 5 days despite me sending several emails asking for clarification.

Then, instead of communicating, they canceled my order and apologized saying they were trying to process my order but were unable to. All in all this was 19 days of bad communication only to end up being refunded for a product I actually wanted.

I will say they are good about fraud, but their communication is absolutely abysmal for a company dealing in items ranging in the multiple thousands of dollars. Obviously I’m not alone in experiencing poor communication from this company/individual.

Chain arrived and I LOVED it! Ordered the 3mm 14k 22in white gold Franco. The width, shape, color, length! It was perfect! Braden, was awesome I appreciated his help, speedy delivery and being in constant communication throughout my indecisiveness haha he’s the man! I placed the order and got it 3 days later WITH the holidays! I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone! All the Jacoje staff were quick and responsive. I had a great experience!

10+ orders with Jacoje and never had a problem. All jewelry shipped the same or next day and received via fedex two day signature required. All high quality jewelry. A bit overpriced on certain items but Braden taught me everything i know about gold so im loyal to the brand.

Jacoje’s entire business model seems designed to take your cash and leave you frustrated.

My order, a high-value piece, has been repeatedly delayed with fake ETAs, zero accountability, and no meaningful communication. After 47 weeks and 4 days I finally had enough of the run around. He cancelled my order per my request, but conveniently refused to process my refund request. I had to have my credit card company claw it back with a chargeback.

This isn't just bad service; it's deceptive business. For a company charging premium prices, I expected professional treatment, not ghosting and excuses.

Save yourself the headache, avoid this place, and take your money elsewhere — because Jacoje clearly doesn't care about its customers, only about pretending to.

Bought a chain online from Jacoje not even three weeks ago. I was reading reviews here after I ordered and started getting nervous that I was getting scammed, but it’s the real deal! My chain delivered today, couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I had gotten email correspondence from Braden a couple times since placing the order - the product quality, customer service, and authenticity are all 10/10. The website made it sound like it would be 2-day delivery from the time of purchase, but it didn’t end up shipping until 2 business days ago (two weeks after I had placed the order). Not a big deal, I’ll give the shipping an 8/10. There definitely needs to be more positive reviews here for Jacoje!

Horrible Production time and Customer Service. It’ll take longer to get an email response then to get your gold jewelry. And that in itself is like pulling teeth. After a great first experience/online I currently am completely turned off to the company. Wish their customer service was like it was used to be. I guess they’ve gotten too famous for the normal guy

Jacoje is a scam! Ordered in December last year and have not received the jewelry yet. He raised the prices since then and probably hoping people will cancel so he can get more money. What a POS to treat returning customers like crap. Never again. Go spend your money somewhere else.

I placed an order a few weeks ago, and it still hasn't been fulfilled. The seller doesn’t provide updates unless you follow up, and even then, he gave two separate shipping timelines—both of which were missed. After requesting a refund, he stopped responding entirely, so I had to file a dispute. Save yourself the hassle and order from a more reliable company.

I must say I have purchased a few Items from jacoje never really have a problem with purchase wise. But linx resale this is kind of bittersweet the offer he gives you for selling your item is not bad it's how long it takes to get your money look, all I'm saying, is this when I buy you get my money right away. I would like to receive my money in a timely manner also that's why this is bittersweet.

God awful experiences with Jacoje. Ordered a chain and pendant on February 1st. I have to have more than 15 emails between the two of us now, of me asking for updates, requesting cancellation, etc. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company now to dispute the cost. He lost me time, and money due to the price of gold rising during this time. Absolutely god awful customer service from this guy. Sad to see this company go downhill this way.

Ordered a simple pendant. The lead time was 4-6 weeks. Hit the 12 week mark and still nothing. Every time I emailed, it was always the same “we are currently still making it”. I cancelled the order and got a refund. I’m convinced the order was never going to be fulfilled. Stay way from this site. I’ve read of other people waiting upwards of 4 months until they received their stuff. I wish I would’ve known before I ordered. Such a waste of time.

Had a problem before but they made it right.

I placed an $3000order on 12/2024 for a Christmas gift with 3-6 wks shipping,it is now 4/2025 and I have been told after reaching out multiple times that it’s being made … Brayden is a crook and I feel that he hoping that people cancel orders due to the rise of gold right now. DONT CANCEL PPL

I made the mistake of making several purchases from Jacoje. My negative experience started with my first purchase. Braden forces you to pay $30 for two day shipping, even when you’re spending thousands of dollars already. On my first chain purchase, Braden did not bring my chain to the post office for seven days. When my chain did arrive, it did not even have an Italy stamp on it. Braden‘s response was, “that is weird“. I sent that chain back and got a new one sent out to me that had the correct markings. Braden refused to refund me the $30 for two day shipping, even when it took him a week to send out the wrong chain to me. I spent thousands of dollars with the man and he could not even refund me $30 for HIS mistake and delay in shipping the WRONG item out. For my second purchase, I was waiting for the “Jacoje Day” sale. The night before the sale, Braden raised all of the prices on his website by 9%, then made the sale for 7% off the next day. This effectively made it more expensive to purchase the chain even with the “sale”. Braden claimed that this price increase was due to the rise and gold price, however, he raised the price on EVERYTHING on his site, all of which he had already purchased at a lower gold spot price, not to mention the shady tactic of quietly raising the price the NIGHT BEFORE the “sale”. I am done with this company. Braden’s use of shady, deceitful tactics and his greed will be the end of him. I would rather spend MORE money with a different company that has good customer service and does right by those who pay them thousands. I am part of numerous gold Facebook groups that are filled with Jacoje horror stories that are posted on a regular basis. Braden‘s business partner and handler, Raquel, has a history of brushing off any negative reviews as “haters“ and does nothing to actually respond to valid concerns. If I could do it all over again, I would buy from Saints Gold or Hawaii rope chains. They source their gold from the same manufacturers as Jacoje, however they have much better customer service and will not screw you over with shady and deceitful business tactics. This is a serious warning for all those considering to spend their hard earned money with Jacoje. Reconsider who you purchase your gold from.

This has to be the most deceitful company that I have ever spent my hard earned money on. The amount of bold faced lies he or she will write you is remarkable. The treatment of orders and the responsiveness/accountability is non existent. Taking advantage of the slight rise in gold prices is gross. raising prices is understandable with what you may pay per parcel. It doesn't however mean that you raise your prices by hundreds/thousands of dollars per item. They lie about production processes, lead times and product information. If you have any sort of issue, they will tell you to just cancel your order and go somewhere else or return your item and don't order again. Their priorities are YouTube/Instagram videos and vacations, rather than running a respectable company that values the customers money and overall experience above all else. They even buy high end gold pieces from other notable companies for their "used gold" website and label (under pendant or product markings) that the origins are "unknown" even though said product says the brands name. They refuse to give credit to anyone other than themselves, even though they make NOTHING in house. They outsource for literally everything. They are greedy middlemen at the very best.

Length, weight and purity all 100% exactly as advertised with FAST shipping. Beautiful piece at an excellent price. Unbeatable standard for Gold Chains. Jacoje is a solid dude.

I ordered a script pendant in october. It is march and still no pendant. Gold must be on back order smh. 4-6 week time frame is a joke. If you order just know you may not see it until next year if at all. Not happy with how long it takes to deliver.

Jacoje imported jewlry quality is great but the last two orders I made I waited 4 months for one and I am currently 5 months waiting on another order. You also have to hound them for updates they wont update you this will probably be my last order.
