I have been working with the team at Jag UFS for over a year now, and I’ve been extremely happy with the service they provide. The initial setup process was very smooth thanks to their excellent communication and support throughout.

That same level of communication has continued, making inventory uploads, stock fulfilment, and handling queries a seamless process. I also really appreciate how flexible the team is when it comes to accommodating some of my more non-standard requests.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Jag UFS to others.

I have been importing through JAGUFS via air freight and ship. They always provide an excellent service and great communication.

We been charged for 1 EU Pallet storage (1 Sqm) in Germany for £533 for 18 Days. However we were never been informed or quoted for any storage charge before we using them. You just receive an invoice from JAG and they expect you to pay no matter what figure on that invoice even they know it's ridiculously overcharged. If you want to paying for 1 Pallet storage for £30/Day then your call!! JAG should write their storage charge on their rate card so we won't using them if we are aware such high storage charge!
