Nicole, my contact at Mile Auto, was very patient, no high sales pitch, reached out twice as a reminder she was there to arrange my auto transport. When I made the decision to use this company, Nicole explained the process and said she would get back to me. Later that day she called to tell me they secured a company to transport my car and pickup would occur in two days at my son’s house, which happened. I received my vehicle less than a week after it was picked up North of Boston and delivered to SW Florida. I was in communication with the driver a few times and delivery was made with no issues. Mile Transport delivered as promised, with competitive pricing.
Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Mile Auto Transport is excellent.
I first spoke with them in June, 2026. They were friendly, helpful and what I considered reasonable considering the vehicle I needed transported. They were understanding when I had to delay the transport, and kept in touch. (Remember...a quote is only good for
x-number of days--business is business!) Long story short: MY VEHICLE ARRIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS IN PERFECT SHAPE. EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED IN THIS TRANSPORT KEPT IN TOUCH THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MILE AUTO TRANSPORT.

We still don’t have have our car. Seven days have gone by. We’ve been lied to. It was a bait switch to get my business. First quote a month a head of time, $1500, day before pickup turns into $1900. That price turned into $2300 day of pickup., not a good look. Pickup was finally scheduled for a Friday early afternoon. It happened at 11:00 pm on Friday night. Then the driver spent two entire days and nights in Colorado Springs, why??? Truck issues? Other business, who knows because there was no communication. Wendell the driver, told us he’d be here three days ago, then he said he’d be here yesterday afternoon, finally at 11 PM we get a call to come meet him to pick our car up, not delivered to our house as promised, and what do you know…. he lost a ramp. So he left again, still no truck, and traveled an hour away to go figure his problem out. Was supposed to see us this morning at 7:00, no show and zero communication. Now it’s 1130 and he finally shows up in front of our house and he can’t get the truck off, so he instead of telling us, he just drives off after sitting in front of our house for 30 minutes. When my husband calls, he complains and acts the victim. What a circus. And $2300 for all this is highway robbery and I’m gonna make sure everybody knows it.

And still no truck.

The dispatcher, Nicole, did an amazing job. She was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process, despite the other party giving her trouble. The driver was also fantastic and very polite.

Great experience from start to finish. Pickup happened earlier than expected, but the driver and dealer coordinated everything smoothly. Transport was fast, the driver's communication was excellent, and I always knew what to expect with the delivery. Drop-off was easy, payment was straightforward, and the entire process went better than I anticipated. They were amazing. They were attentive to my needs, took care of my car. Gave me a great service to take my car across the country. It went amazing better than I could ever imagine. My car is in perfect condition in New Jersey now very happy.

She answered her phone everytime I called and responded to emails practically instantly, every time.
My transport left earlier than promised and arrived earlier than promised, there were no delays and no excuses and no problems.
Vanessa told me that the driver would contact me once they were assigned and the driver did and the driver kept me updated throughout the transport process.
Mile Auto Transport is great, they have a lot of reasons I can state, some you can read above.. Vanessa is one of the main reasons and I know there are a lot of components involved and Vanessa put them all together. I cannot t think more highly of her she has all of my appreciation.

This company is a farce. They are merely a third party contractor. You pay them and then they farm out your vehicle transport to companies that are incompetent and dishonest. I had their subcontractor transporter damage my vehicle as he was pulling it out of their rinky-dink trailer. Despite the photographic evidence of the damage to the car after unloading, compared to no damage at time of loading, the subcontractor lied about the damage and refused to respond to my or Mile Auto's phone calls and emails. Mile Auto wiped their hands of it. The worst car transport experience I ever had. I wouldn't hire this company again if it was the last service on the planet. Shame on them and their lying, dishonest, and fraudulent subcontractors (their certificate of insurance , as I came to find out, was phony). Stay away from Mile Auto.

Addendum 8/27/26:
Let me also clarify, Jan, a few points in your response to my complaint that also do not fully reflect the circumstances of the shipment. Your statement that the "insurance company determined that the reported damage was not a consequence of the transportation" is false and, frankly, a lie. The insurance company did not pay the claim because your carrier's insurance policy had a $5,000 deductible and the submitted claim for damages was less than this. Beware readers! If your car is damaged to the tune of up to $4,999, you will be out of luck. You will have to pay for the damages caused by the carrier out of your own pocket.

When I confronted you about the photos of the vehicle taken upon loading showing no damage and the photos immediately taken upon unloading the vehicle (which clearly showed new damage), you did wipe your hands of it. You and Mile Auto have failed to acknowledge this evidence and have turned a blind eye to it. No amount of lies or denials from your driver can change this photographic evidence. Your reluctance to address the evidence is dumbfounding and clearly supports my opinions of Mile Auto. Your statement that "Mile Auto Transport cannot decide by itself that the carrier is responsible for a disputed damage claim" speaks volumes to your approach and integrity regarding customer service.

As to your carrier's Certificate of Insurance, you have repeatedly claimed that the insurance agent is incorrect as to the policy's deductible stating "What they sent in an email doesn’t mean anything, especially the excuse of the agent making a mistake sounds silly and unprofessional."

I am not asking for anything more than to have the damaged part replaced. Mile Auto Transport's refusal to do so is "wiping your hands" of the situation. Because Mile Auto Transport hires out its carrier service to shady, dishonest subcontractors who can not be trusted or have the common decency to own up to an unfortunate incident when it occurred at their hands, Miles Auto Transport is just as guilty of theft, deceit, and fraud.

They worked very diligently when my car was delayed by about a week. In the end, they helped me secure my car and a discount for the delay. Both services were great actually, and the delay was no ones fault. But they still helped me in every way they could.

Between 2 different carriers it took them two weeks to get my vehicle from Florida to Louisiana. This has been the worst experience of my life. I was lied to about the date of pickup and delivery on multiple occasions. I would never use this company again and I urge anyone else not to.

Dan and his assigned driver, Islom saved the day!

We rented equipment, truck and car carrier from a well-known, large truck supplier who failed miserably. The equipment rental was insufficient from the weight of my car, a Mercedes-Benz. After three tire blowouts, I quickly understood I had a failed solution. I called another auto transport service and it was a nightmare. We were stranded in AZ until I spoke with Dan. He understood the frustration in an unfortunate situation. He assigned Islom, who met me within 48 hours, and successfully completed the assignment, bringing my car from AZ to the east coast, delivered, in four days - might I add, delivery was on July 4th, 2026; Independence Day! Before taking possession at pick-up, Islom the driver took pictures and assessed all previous damage to my vehicle and shared the comprehensive report via email.

To deliver on the holiday in the timeframe promised, is commendable. Absolutely reliable Team!

The communication before pickup and throughout the entire transport process was excellent. I always knew what to expect from beginning to end, which made the experience stress-free. This was my first time using a vehicle transport service, and it exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was delivered on time and arrived in excellent condition. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

The SUV was delivered within 2 days, covered with a car cover inside the enclosed auto transport trailer. Perfect condition. Couldn't be more pleased.
