Arrived on time, was courteous, handled the pick up professionally, answered all my questions, arrived ahead of schedule at drop off and was handled very well. You know, it's really easy to remember to leave a review when you have a bad experience, and I am guilty of this myself. So today I am taking the time to recognize a company that did a great job.

I reached out to Mile Auto Transport based on some feedback I saw online. Trust me, I was still nervous as I have used auto shippers before, and it's never been a stress free or easy process, well I guess not until now that is.

When I first called to schedule my pickup, they got all my info and gave me their assurance everything would be fine and that they would have a carrier assigned by the end of the week or early the following week. By that Friday I was getting a little nervous so I called them to confirm, but they were already closed, bummer. To my surprise, they called me back after hours to make sure I was taken care of, totally did not expect that. They told me not to worry, Monday I would absolutely have a carrier assigned and pickup would be later that week. Just as they described, I got my assigned carrier and pick up dates. The carrier reached out to me, confirmed everything and met me to pick up my cars. He was super professional and I actually was put at ease, I could tell he had been doing this for awhile. His truck also looked to be well maintained and I watched him load up my cars with no issue, something the last shipper I used struggled with.

Since I wasn't going to be on site for the delivery, I gave him a POC to meet him there, to which he coordinated with fully and was able to work with me to take my delivery payment over the phone with zero hassle. My cars arrived in the same condition and mileage as they had left in, and he even got them there in fantastic time.

So thank you Mile Auto Transport and to the carrier (whom I am sorry, I forgot your name but you were fantastic!)

One other thing I want to note, their pricing I thought was very fair, they aren't the cheapest (which you do not want) but are also nowhere near the most expensive. For what you pay and what you get, it's more than worth it.

Mile Auto did a great job getting my car to me from Florida to Illinois and their estimated arrival time was spot on.
Alex was great with the communication and was very promt and professional.
The driver was always in constant contact with updates, very friendly.

Picked up on time in Florida and delivered a day early in Denver. Reasonable price too. Couldn’t ask for more!

Happy with the service. We agreed to no set timeline because we needed our car delivered to a not regularly traveled to area (in AR) and not in a hurry. It did take a few weeks for the pickup, but when they were ready it went quick. Carrier secured to deliver was nice and prompt, and the price was good. Would use them again.

He was right on time (actually a little bit early, which was good!) and delivered the car quicker than I thought possible.

While driving a car tour my classic car broke down 300-miles from home. back in my hotel room I spent the evening trying to arrange a tow back to my local mechanic. most didn't want to travel the distance until I found Mile Auto Transport. their online quote received the next morning was reasonable, so I nervously decided to move ahead. Alex was reassuring & very attentive to getting my car home quickly. it arrived last night in good condition & their driver was very courteous, as well. I highly recommend this team

Communication regarding pickup time and location was very clear and quick. Pickup was very effortless and my item arrived just as I had sent it.

Good experience. My car was picked up as agreed and delivered with no issues. Communication around delivery time could be a bit better but overall a smooth experience. Car arrived in the same condition as it was picked up.

This is the first time utilizing a car transport service. Alex was fantastic to work with. The contract was very clear, the pricing was set and very competitive and the driver who picked up and dropped off the car was professional and courteous.

This will be my go to service in the future for sure.
