Great customer service! First order arrived and the packaging had come open and lost about a third out of the packet.. they sent out another pack straight away and an extra pack free of charge for the trouble.. coffee tastes great :) will be ordering again.

I ordered on a Saturday morning hoping they might deliver to my son for his birthday on the Monday. I felt that was rather optimistic, but they roasted the beans and had them in the post by midday. He got the package on his birthday and was delighted. Excellent coffee and excellent service.

I was told about this coffee so I thought I would try it, normally i buy all my coffee from a well known supplier however the price put me off, so I searched the Internet for an alternative, this company was far cheaper, the delivery time was fantastic and the coffee although quite expensive was delicious and well worth the price, will I buy from this company again, I most certainly will, would I recommend this company I most certainly would.

Ordered some Blue Mountain Coffee beans for a present so can't say I've tasted it but i CAN say that the customer service was absolutely spot on!! The guy even called me personally on a Bank holiday to let me know the delivery was safely on it's way!

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. This batch is mellow compared to other brands of Blue Mountain I have tried so good for those who like a more easy drinking coffee. Ultra smooth.

Placed my order late evening on 31.03.22 and received it on 02.04.22. Love that you get a certificate of authenticity, and copies of paperwork, showing that the product is genuine Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, including when it was roasted and ground.

Superb - great service. ordered gift pack and even got an extra free barrel which is a lovely piece. Great owner and very informative. Highly recommend have been using them a few years now.
