tbh I was not sure what to expect first but this man Jamcolines made everything pretty easy for me from start. Signed agreement over 2 months ago and still havent fully completed ownership transfer, furthermore I had to do or initiate the ownership changes. These people are concerned about Amazon accounts and factoring where if they did the ownership changes FIRST those things wouldn't be an issue. Ive gotten two calls regarding financing and DAT load board in my name. Been asking for MCS-150 form for 5 days for FMCSA ownership transfer when it takes 5 minutes to complete form, and this is 9 weeks into the so called ownership transfer, something that should've been done week one. Havent spoke to the owner Jamshid Haydarov since Thursday and he assured me that Id have the MCS-150 at the end of the day and today is Tuesday. Why these people are dodging ownership change is strange and Ive been beyond patient with this situation. Ownership transfer takes one day literally, annual report takes 10 minutes and costs $7 in my state and IRS change form 8822B takes 5 minutes and is free to submit, same as the other company information and accounts. Main thing is they seem to been operating. I'll be speaking to the necessary authorities, will update.
A week later still no MCS-150 going on 10 weeks tomorrow for a transfer that takes a few days. It's June and we still havent received the IRS confirmation letter been calling these people for another week on an update they've been ignoring the requests for days. Signed agreement in February, still chasing these people around 4 months later.
Today is June 9, 2025 and still no IRS confirmation number and when I ask the assistant Bella asks me what did the IRS say to me. Called the owner Jamshid ignored for another a week, today is Monday we'll see if they can produce a confirmation letter this week after they claim they mailed it on March 31, 2025, update only takes 4-6 weeks at most its been 9 weeks. Finally receive notice from IRS that the change has been completed. Today is Sept 23,2025 I signed the agreement February 26, 2025. It doesnt take 7 months to transfer an EIN number.

Honestly, I thought transferring ownership would be a total headache, but these guys made it super chill. They handled all the complicated stuff and kept me in a loop the whole time. It was smooth, no drama at all.
