James McIntyre & Sons is my go-to company for soft fruit. Despite not being organic, probably using peat, etc. there are good reasons for it. In order of importance to me:
- Choice of cultivars (= often I get all what I want there and save on shipping)
- Reliable very good quality of plants
- What ever I planted rooted and did grow on well
- Known origin of plants (they grow what they sell themselves)
- Decent price
- Do not pester me to join their newsletter, online forum or similar
- Quick reliable shipping, once again without sending an email every 3 hours, thank you!
- Good customer service when I had some queries
- Good online growing guides (pdf)

Great prompt dispatch, delivery so my plant arrived intact and looking healthy after a long trip.

Extremely easy to deal with and kept me updated. Lovely healthy plants and great quality delivered next day with care by DPD which is actually my preferred courier.

I've received a total of 11 fruit bushes, plus some sundries, in two orders and everything has arrived in excellent condition and good time. Plus the Planting and Care guide they send is very helpful.
