Not very Happy with recent delivery of suet pellets The birds are just not eating them I did message Gardenbird - did as they advised still not being eaten very puzzling not to mention a now waste of money . The birds are loving the berry suet no problem Any ideas?

I have previously used another company for our bird supplies, but decided to take advantage of a special promotion this time. The order arrived very quickly and was as expected. However, as a disabled, elderly customer I was less than happy with the delivery, as courier service just dumped parcel right in front of my front door, clearly viewable from the road. Large parcel much too heavy for me to move, hence why I had requested 'signed for delivery' so that I could ask courier to put parcel where I would be able to access it. What did not help was that when I tried to speak to GB customer service it took 4 attempts to speak to someone as the service line kept cutting off after few seconds on hold. When you are already annoyed it is the last thing you need to be cut off and having to redial just to speak to someone. I will probably use old supplier next time.

Living on an Island and getting next day delivery, made the cost worth it.
