An excellent service and very quick delivery. The products are very well packed and looks exactly like the pictures on their website. The birds love the food too.

They consistently lie in their ads claiming cheapest prices for sunflower hearts that "can't be beaten". They are NOT the cheapest, and have not been for well over a year, and yet they keep on with these claims. They are earning profit from gullible people who assume these ads are regulated and therefore take it as gospel without checking. This has been reported to ASA.

Highly recommended. Service, delivery and quality (as far as I know as the birds love it) are second to none. As an example, I ordered 2 x 12.55 Kg of seed at 4pm yesterday. They arrived by DPD at 1pm today, 21 hours from order to delivered and delivery was free, hard to beat that.

I order from them on a regular basis and the birds and squirrels love the food. The delivery is quick even with the standard delivery and there are usually good offers if you sign up to their emails.

Superb Service. I placed an order on the afternoon of Saturday 22/08/26 for 28kg of Sunflower hearts. The ordering process was simply and very straightforward. The order arrived the following day before 1pm.
The product is excellent quality and cheaper than B&M if you order the 28kg option.

Good products and the next day delivery promised is the clincher. However, Evri has other plans with the shipment arriving some 8 days later (and after the order had been cancelled). I was then asked to return the shipment which created more work for me. It was supposed to be easy. It wasn't!

I ordered some bird food for my elderly mother who said the birds just wouldn't touch it! After discussion with Garden Wildlife the product was collected and refunded. We shall reorder in the autumn. I’ve used this company for many years and have found their products to be good quality, good value for money, and they offer good customer support.

These people are liars! Their review below is false! The boy treated me like dirt during the call! NO STARS! Exxtremely rude obnoxiouus northerner, don't know his name but I think it is a very small company who are out of their depth when it comes to treating the customer properly Please be aware when speaking that they are also calling themselves Love Garden Birds on another website! Their prices may be good but politeness and professionalism fall very very short!
