Unsafe and unreliable pushchair
Sold a complete dream at a baby show about the travel system we purchased. It is unsafe and an unreliable pushchair to buy. The first issue was the wrong wheels on the front causing the wheels to buckle and jam when walking. Secondly for the whole back bar on the pushchair to completely come away from where it was welded on whilst my child was in the pram! Do not buy anything from them as they try to blame you for the issues with the travel system when brought to their attention. If I could add photos I would. Absolutely terrible service on their part
Order Not Received
I am extremely disappointed with this store. I placed an order on 10 October 2025, and to this day I have never received the product. It was meant to be a gift for a friend who had just had a baby, and due to the excessive delay, I couldn’t give it to her.
No customer should have to deal with this level of stress and inconvenience. Completely unacceptable experience. I do not recommend this store, and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed urgently.

Excellant customer service
Excellant customer service. I lost the manual for our pram and they were so helpful in providing a download link.
Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly service
I have just had some brilliant service from David in the service department.
I needed to repair a broken wheel on our Jane Crosslight 2 pram before our second child arrived. I was struggling to find a replacement until I got in contact with Johnston Prams. David explained that the wheels for my model were hard to come by because the design had changed slightly. He advised that I could retrofit wheels of the new design to my model and directed me how to do it. The new parts arrived promptly, with minimum fuss, and before I knew it our pram was up and running again.
Unfortunately, the axle of one wheel worked itself loose and I lost a part so couldn't put it back together. When I got back in touch, David was able to arrange a new axle to be delivered and advised I check and apply loctite to both wheel axles.
Thank you David for your knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly service!
Outstanding aftersales service
Nurse Ranger car seat was delivered within 2 dyas. There was a defect in the infant insert. Johnston prams replaced the insert without any questions. Outstanding service. The seat is only going to be used occassionally, so cannot comment on durability.

Emailed last week told me it should be sorted in couple days.
Over a week later still nothing so I emailed them again and never got no reply.
Very poor service definitely won't be ordering from this company again.

Extremely bad customer service
Ordered a pram for my daughters birthday. When it arrived the material was damaged. I contacted customer service 3 times by email before I got a reply. My daughter’s birthday had already passed by the time I got an answer. Was told a courier would come the next day to collect the item…almost 1 week has passed no courier has arrived and no contact from Johnston prams. I requested a refund but I haven’t received one

i have bought a lot jane products from johnston prams and i cannot recommend them enough, there products,service and aftersales are fantastic.i have had a couple of issues and they were dealt with and resolved straight away, i even got hold of a new jane crosswalk converse pram that was a older model that had a problem with the front wheels and the handle was broke, thinking that it probably have to be binned i contacted them not holding much hope as the pram was not originally from this company ,but he said yes he could and would mend it, handle good as new, changed front end and wheels of pushchair im over moon with the results, thank you so much

Communication ok, product is not
Whilst in warranty, the company were great. The Jane product however, is not.
Purchased the Jane Trider in September 2020. Have used it collectively (over two children) for probably 2 years max as we often used double pushchairs, strollers and carriers.
We always looked after the pram which is evident from the condition, but sadly the back wheels have consistently failed. Stuck in the housing on both sides (fixed once after only a year of use), constantly squeaked and now it’s no longer in warranty, I’ve come to sell the pram on, 3.5 years later and it’s worthless. When taking the housing apart (As suggested by the service department to save me paying to send it back) the entire thing is rusted and corroded. We have always cleaned and dried it thoroughly after use - we have also lubricated the wheels when they squeaked, but honestly I don’t know any of my friends with prams that need to regularly lubricate the wheels with specialist lubricant?!
I’m now having to sell it for parts.
I’ve had 5 different strollers and prams, all a lot older than the Jane Trider, none of which have failed like this.
The communication has been ok but that doesn’t help that I’ve lost over £1000 in less than 4 years.
If I had my time to come again I would avoid the brand entirely.

I bought a Jané travel system 3 years ago from them, and every contact I have had with this company since has been really positive. They are very quick to respond to emails, and will do everything they can to help.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can’t fault this company one bit. They have been so wonderful to deal with.
We bought a Jane group travel system with two car seat’s altogether birth to 18th and 18-6yrs and didn’t realise the older car seat had a fault on it u till we went to use it with our little one 2yrs later after the warranty had expired. I spoke to David and he was so helpful in assisting us in replacing the seat that was faulty. We are so appreciate. Honestly 5* service 5* products would use them again

My parents purchased the Jane pram…
My parents purchased the Jane pram bundle from Johnston prams & buggies last year as a gift to us. We recently discovered a problem with our car seat so I contacted Johnston prams yesterday morning, they came back to me instantly and helped resolve the problem straight away! We now have a new car seat shell being shipped to us within only just a couple of days as the first one was faulty after sending them a video of what the problem was. Everything was resolved in less than 24 hours. This is 5 star service! I just wish more companies were as easy to deal with. Thank you so much

Frame fell apart within 2 years
Noordi describes Noordi Fjordi as designed to explore nature and as a pram that is focused on the comfort and wellbeing of babies under any weather conditions so parents can enjoy parenting to the fullest. Well…not so much from my personal experience. Buy this pram if you are not planning to use it for more than 2 years as it does break. I live in central London and I have not exactly been trying to climb mountains with this pram. Yet after less than 2 years of using this pram it started to become a bit wobbly. Then, one day whilst I was walking to the shop, one of the welds that holds the metal frame together detached on one side completely.
How a weld can come apart I do not know! I stuck it back together with black tape as it was sharp and unstable, but a couple of weeks later the matching weld holding the metal frame together on the other side came apart too, rendering the frame dangerous and unusable.
I am out of pram because I bought the pram many months before my daughter was born and therefore it is out of warranty. Never did I think that Noordi Fjordi, “the perfect pram for an adventure” will break after 2 years of daily walks in the park. The damage was quite shocking, I have never seen the welds on a metal frame for anything come apart before. Johnston Prams customer services told me that I am out of warranty so there is a charge of £90 to fix the pram. That charge doesn’t guarantee that the problem can be fixed (it obviously can’t as the frame has broken apart). A new frame would be GBP £300. I decided to buy a new pram instead directly from a well known brand that has a better warranty. Now I wish I had just done that in the first place.

Highly recommend Johnston Prams
I can highly recommend Johnston Prams. I purchased my travel system from them at the beginning of the year. There have been a couple of issues with some parts of the pram and whenever I have contacted them they have rectified these issues quickly. The manufacturer got the parts sent out promptly to them and they were posted to me within days. The aftersales care from this company has been excellent and I will be purchasing from them again in the future!

Totally Worth it!
I didn’t know this website, I was looking for an universal adapter for a concord neo pushchair that fit with Cybex car seats.
When I reached Johnston Prams website I was sceptical because it was not “cheap” adapters so I was afraid they didn’t fit. Once I reach customer support on website they confirmed these adapters were the right ones, and they are!
Perfect fit with a Cybex Cloud Z on a Concord Neo pushchair. Made me save so many €€€ on a new pushchair!
Recommend 200%!

Fabulous customer service with an older pram
We have a Jane trider that is now on it's fourth child. Unfortunately we had an issue where the brake cable needed replacing and my husband lost a very small part when he took it apart to do so without which the brakes wouldn't work. I was gutted that we'd have to scrap the pram for the sake of a piece of metal a couple of cm long so contacted Johnstons prams. Not only did they send out a replacement part, they also talked my husband through how to fit it over the phone, and they were really patient with my explanations and delays (I had a baby mid email chain).
It's so refreshing to find a brand that properly supports repair these days and sells items that can be repaired rather than just disposed of. I've been heavily recommending the prams already (they're so well thought out!) and have been so impressed by the customer service too now.

An excellent service received!
Originally purchased a Janè pushchair back in 2018 and noticed from the manufacture website they offer a servicing option where they look over the pram and tighten up etc. I opted to do this for second baby and I am so pleased with the outcome. For a very decent price I’ve had the pushchair looked over and even some parts replaced and best of all it was an easy process. I contacted initially via email and was asked to call - there was an issue with the phone lines but a colleague named John called me and dealt with it all over the phone. He offered such an amazing service throughout! I am over the moon with this service and would definitely deal with this company in future! The pushchair was collected the next day and only away for around 5 days before receiving it back by courier. What an excellent service. Helpful and efficient. Thank you!
