Lovely item! Brilliant customer service!
I ordered the ickle bubba colby cot which arrived promptly- unfortunatly there were parts missing. I contacted customer services who were absolutely brilliant and sorted this out really quickly! Mistakes can be made but its how they are dealt with that matters. The efficiency was greatly appreciated!
The cot looks lovely, I would highly recommend this brand and order from here again.

Item wasn’t great, but customer service services have been quick to fix

Contacted their customer services and spoke to Lahara who has immediately replaced the car seat as it was faulty, which is great, thank you.

Tyler at Ickle Bubba has been…Fantastic in every way
Tyler at Ickle Bubba has been fantastic, he was so helpful and tentative. We lost our Ickle Bubba items in quite a traumatic way and so reached out to Ickle Bubba for any help they could offer. All the staff that I was in contact with were sensitive to our situation and I really felt that they cared about us as people and wanted to help in anyway they could. I received my 1st part of my order…
I received my 1st part of my order arrived in good time, the 2nd part has still not arrived! It’s been 2 weeks I have reached out via email and received apologies that it was a label error and it would be expedited immediately, I had to reach out again as it still had not arrived, I was told it would be resent as it was the shipper problem and they were using a different shipper to resend! It has still not arrived but we got a notification from the 1st shipper that it was to be delivered tomorrow! 12 days after we received the 1st part of the order.

I am first time be dad in UK so don't know which travel system and which car seat have to use for my baby.thats by i ordered wrong travel system but thanks to ickle bubba team . They help me to change right product. Second thing stump luxe products are good in quality wise and in reasonable price. Delivery on time.Honestly want say everything is good but need to improve only communication system.

Fantastic pram, very poor delivery service
Fantastic ordering service and wonderful pram, we love it. Easy to fold and very light.
Massively let down on the delivery - was told it was out for delivery and given a time slot, it never showed, and got an image of it back at the warehouse at 7pm despite not being given any notice that it was no longer being delivered. Then the next day given a delivery slot between 8am-10pm so had to wait in all day again! Eventually arrived at 4pm. Terrible experience from FedEx with no communication update!

This is my second purchase from Ickle…
This is my second purchase from Ickle bubba, the second time round once I unpacked the package the travel system wasn’t quite what we werre looking for in terms of the function of the pram.
However, from the point of contacting customer service Lahara and her team sorted arranging for a different model to be delivered and a return of the old model, the process has been seamless and uneventful. The whole team have been extremely helpful and Courteous. I couldn’t be more thankful and recommend highly enough. The quality of the products have been of a really high standard, thank you.

Ich habe ein Set bestehend aus…
Ich habe ein Set bestehend aus Isofix-Basis, Kindersitz und Kinderwagen in Beige bestellt. Leider hatte der Beigeton einen leichten Rosastich, was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat. Die Rücksendung verlief problemlos und wurde auch zügig abgewickelt – das war positiv.
Allerdings bin ich inzwischen sehr verärgert über die Ersatzlieferung: Der Autositz ist zwar angekommen, aber der Kinderwagen wurde auch nach eineinhalb Monaten noch nicht geliefert. Laut Status befindet er sich seit Wochen „in Transit“.
Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass mein Entbindungstermin unmittelbar bevorsteht und ich aktuell ohne Kinderwagen dastehe. Trotz zahlreicher Kontaktversuche und vieler E-Mails konnte bisher keine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden werden.
Insgesamt hinterlässt das einen sehr frustrierenden Eindruck. Gute Rückabwicklung, aber die lange Lieferzeit und mangelhafte Kommunikation sind aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.

After my first review. They sent out what looked like to be my pram!!! However only came half my package…. I’m really angry with this company at how unprofessional it has been. I ordered the 12 piece stomp luxe, I should not be receiving half my items. AGAIN JUST FEELS LIKE THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. Now only have half my package amazing!!
